The best
No idea how good this place is as I've never tried it, but I stop there a couple times a week for the wife. Any place that keeps her as happy as kids at a birthday party with a money cake in '92 deserves 5 stars!! Must be good! Parking is rather crappy but ah well. If your ever blocked in by a husky dude driving a dodge caravan its this dilf...my apologies.. gimme a minute and I will be right back.
on June 5, 2023. My daughter and I went to Starbucks at 7:30 AM to get her free birthday drink. She was denied because she hasn’t used the app. Even though she’s had it for over a year. Even though we made a special trip all the way on the other side of town to Starbucks for her birthday before her school trip, they denied her. we ended up just paying for the drink.
Kinda put a damper on her morning.
A lot of people are saying that they never have been asked to show an app for their birthday drink.
Poor service and false advertising.
Always Fast Good Coffee and more importantly the staff are the best !
Overall the worst Starbucks in the area. Staff are extremely rude, never have any stock and quality is mediocre at best. Take the time and drive to the one on Rye st instead.
Sensory overload. Bright lights, loud music and overall atmosphere is not a good space for coffee.
Food was still frozen in centre. Won't go back.

Friendly skilled staff. I was greeted with a smile. My drink was perfectly made. Vibed out. Staff and I jammed to some Radio Head blasting from the speakers. I was the only one in the dining area. It felt like I was in a private club. "Itza membas' only" the extra cost compared to other coffee shops was worth the great experience.

People arriving northbound on Chemong have to enter from the signaled intersection into the back of Shoppers which now has DO NOT Enter signs to facilitate traffic flow . TOO many vehicles are entering by unlawfully avoiding the cement barrier by going into the oncoming lane. PTBO extended the cement barrier to stop this but should have also taken one turn left pavement arrow for the really poor drivers extend the cement center barrier 2 car lengths.
My go-to spot for meetings, solo work, and family coffee outings. Great staff, and very well run.

Quick service and clean restaurant.
Parking: Not much for parking and difficult to maneuver in the small lot that's available. Though signs are posted not to, there is close by parking in the Shoppers Drug Mart parking lot.

Liam served us at the window and was such a friendly and outgoing barista for us. He chatted with us while we waited and he was so kind that even my 10 year old was so happy due to this interaction! Excellent service! And thank you to Liam!
