I want to share some feedback and a suggestion regarding the drive-thru traffic flow at this Starbucks location.
First, I need to say: I love your coffee. I literally drive 25 minutes into town each way every day just to come to this store, and the staff is consistently fabulous. Yesterday, I spoke with the shift manager, Danielle, and she was absolutely wonderful.
However, the ongoing issue with vehicles entering the drive-thru from the Shoppers Drug Mart side has become a real problem. When traffic backs up, most people typically take turns merging — it’s respectful, and it keeps the line moving smoothly. But over the last few days, the drivers coming in from the Shoppers side have been extremely aggressive. They are cutting into the line, not allowing the vehicles coming from the actual Starbucks lineup to proceed.
Yesterday alone, two cars cut in back-to-back, and one driver even screamed at me when I was simply waiting my turn. It was infuriating, and clearly not an isolated issue since the staff confirmed this happens regularly.
My suggestion is to install a physical barricade or divider to prevent vehicles from sneaking into the drive-thru from the Shoppers entrance. It would keep the main line fair and safe for everyone, and it would help the staff manage the flow more effectively.
My review would absolutely be a 5 for the team, but due to the consistent traffic issue, I have to give a 4 until this can be addressed.

I’ve been to this place a few times and it’s normally good but this time after ordering a cream cold brew I’ve been vomiting for an hour. I think something may have been expired to be honest.

The cologne odor omitting from the drive thru windows was so pungent I had to hold my breath while I paid for my drink and after receiving my drink I came to realize the entire drink smelled of this cologne and the drink itself had a chemically taste to it.

Been frequenting this Starbucks drive thru in the mornings for a little pick me up to keep me going. The customer service is always top tier. Being asked how my day is going, even when they are busy, always makes me feel noticed. Special shoutout to Samantha who is always smiling and so kind. When my drink was taking a little longer Samantha chatted with me about topics that I’m interested in and that made my day. I will continue stopping by when I can because all the employees are wonderful and the drinks are always amazing!
No idea how good this place is as I've never tried it, but I stop there a couple times a week for the wife. Any place that keeps her as happy as kids at a birthday party with a money cake in '92 deserves 5 stars!! Must be good! Parking is rather crappy but ah well. If your ever blocked in by a husky dude driving a dodge caravan its this dilf...my apologies.. gimme a minute and I will be right back.

on June 5, 2023. My daughter and I went to Starbucks at 7:30 AM to get her free birthday drink. She was denied because she hasn’t used the app. Even though she’s had it for over a year. Even though we made a special trip all the way on the other side of town to Starbucks for her birthday before her school trip, they denied her. we ended up just paying for the drink. Kinda put a damper on her morning. A lot of people are saying that they never have been asked to show an app for their birthday drink. Poor service and false advertising.
