The Florentine Cookie & the Almond Pastry were AMAZING.They tasted so good. I did not expect the Florentine Cookie to taste that good. It was so sweet but not too much. Had a chewiness too it to add to the nutty yet buttery & light chocolate taste. Really a perfect bite. The Almond Pastry was medium flaky but the powdered sugar elevates it & the hero was the almond custard in the middle. So scrumptious. I love how random this bakery is. It's in the middle of business...
Sept 2023-I contacted the owner regarding a purchase in Calgary, AB and the customer service offered is EXCEPTIONAL. I wish they had a store out west as some of their baked goods look top notch authentic :) Thanks Sticklings!!
Love their pretzels, bread & bagels. The pastry items are very good too. Very fresh Thurs Friday & Saturday - open. Breads don't have all the preservatives as other bakeries do.
