Front staff has attitude issues! No greetings no soft talk just aggression! Needs training! Both front guys were not wearing any hair net potential risk of contamination! Don’t know what happen to polite soft speaking Cx service! If owner or manager is reading this they should provide detailed explanation of Proper customer service!

When I visited this store expecting I would be getting a really good sandwich but the staff here is so inclined towards cost cutting they doesn't want to put more hot peppers and spinach on a foot long sub. They will just put 4 to 5 on a foot long and it hardly adds any flavor on that.

I ask for spinach and every time i get about 6 leafs of spinach on a foot long. When i ask for more, they put two more leafs on and roller their eyes. They are so stingy with the toppings you mid as well just not bother asking for topping and just eat the bread. Honestly just pathetic service! Its been like this for about 8 months to a year.

Worst experience ever!Employee handed me the bag of subs for my family and the bag ripped and dropped all.of our sandwiches on the floor. Not one single employee offered to check it out or help despite there being no traffic behind me. They watched as I struggled to pick up all of my disgusting, mangled sandwiches and did not even think to help. All of our sandwiches were ruined and I was too upset about the way everything was handled to even get new ones.
