An observation I made, and I want to go here as a mall employee, but notice their gloves are rarely changed and they handle the register and will go back to making food with the same gloves. I’ve never had an issue with the staff, just the food-safe practices need to be much higher!

It is so dirty, the veggies were stale yet they didn’t change it and served it, the lady working there super rude because I asked for the sauces I wanted on my Sub !!!! and overall the customer service and food both super bad ! Wouldn’t recommend any to eat from this specific place.

The customer service was really bad behaved very badly and rude never expected this. Was ordering for the first time and the crew was really rude. They should help customers by helping them by telling and helping others familiarize with the products and how to customize it not behave rudely. Very much disappointed.

Worst subway ever you can visit in Peterborough. Had a very bad time there, employees are very rude and not friendly at all. Very less customisation options and the staff doesn't do or give us for whatever we ask. Instead they talk soo harshly saying we are like this, we do in this way only and we can't change. A mall in peterborough having sucha bad subway is soo bad for all the visitors.
Management should take proper actions and improve it a lot. Definitely not to go place at Lansdowne Place.

There are not willing to customize my subway at all. Subway is a brand known for personalization and this branch is not at all aligning with it. Worst ever experience in a subway in my life. Terrible!!!!!!

Tye most rude and worst manager/owner if the brand wants to run they should look whom they are handing over the chain. I asked for a customizations and they didn't approved when I ask the employee to put the sauce on the base first he refuse it and then he Started saying I won't do this and that and won't customize when I asked them that subway is know for there customizations they started yelling rudely when I asked for the owner or the manager the guy inside said I am the owner and I am the manager in very disrespectful manner there is no customer service or customer satisfaction I would suggest not to entertain this branch at all they will be the reason towards my Lack of interest in choosing subway as a brand next time I'll be starving COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED
While I was asking for toppings on my sandwich half of the topings are not visible and when they decide to pull it out of the fridge they only put a pinch of each topping. When I asked for Spinach they put only 8. Over all they Barely put any toppings.
