I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway. When I walked in, there were no other customers, but the staff didn’t greet me at all. The person preparing my order (the woman wearing a hijab) had a very unfriendly attitude and made me feel like I wasn’t even there. Her facial expressions and tone were rude, and the whole interaction felt uncomfortable. By the time she handed me my food, it was like I didn’t exist. Totally disappointed and not planning to come back.

I expect respectful and professional service, but unfortunately this location continues to fall short. I hope the management addresses this issue.

Ordered sandwiches a head of time but once there, we were told there was no order on the tablet. Waited for an extra 20mins and in the end they gave us the wrong sandwich. To make things worse the sandwich we received was below par.

The staff here don't even know what's on their menu, and when they do they don't have it. I'll order a meatball sub and somehow end up with a turkey sandwich on cheese bread.The food here is bad and the service makes me legitimately concerned for the people working here. This is probably the worst place to eat at Trent and I don't say that lightly.
