I have to say, I have been in ALOT of Subway's in my time and this location is the cleanest and most organized I have ever seen! Each slice of meat and cheese is folded and organized. Everything is spotless. Couldn't be happier with my food. Good job!

Made a online order for pickup at 655 parkhill rd west location...when I got there she was just finishing my order. I got 3 rice bowls with the sauce on the side, the sauce in the little containers was half full so I asked for a extra sauce for each one I said I wanted to make sure I had enough sauce for them as I don't have those sauces at home . She just topped up the containers she already had filled. Got home and the portion size was so small my tomatoes and cucumbers were not cut just thrown in there whole, even cut in half would have been nice, definitely not worth the 12 dollars. I've had these at a few other locations and they were double the size. Put my sauce on and of course not enough sauce!!! Grrrrr very disappointed. Will definitely not return to this location

The lady was horrible and didn't know how to help an old lady with her card and the lady got confused and walked out with her sub and she missed the payment. She was very rude and asked me to pay for her sub because it took so many attempts. she was the only person working and was not confident enough IMO She told me to lock the door which made no sense because at this point I paid for my sub ahead of her because she couldn't deal with one customer at a time she even tried to serve the customer after me without dealing with this lady. I got very frustrated. The sub was awful because the toaster was broken apparently. and I couldn't get what I wanted.

So do t order over the app, I ordered paid and had the receipt order number and because they didn’t get a print out I get nothing, no refund, nothing, manager was there and everything, I showed them the app the order the money coming out of the bank, they didn’t care at all, not just an employee the manager said ‘too bad’ and went in the back. Wow,
