I recently visited this Subway location after ordering online with 6 sauces of my choice. To my disappointment, when I received my sub, it was completely dry with no sauces at all. I called the store to address the issue, and the employee, Ruchi, was incredibly rude. Instead of offering a solution or even a simple apology, she said she would “show me the footage” of her adding the sauce, which was both unhelpful and unprofessional.
I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for years, but this experience was just awful. If you’re planning on ordering here, be prepared for a frustrating encounter and zero accountability for mistakes. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

Cheap management-Cost cutting Strategy of location— if you order online you can get as many sauces as many you would like when you make your own sub. Upon ordering online i got 6 different kind of sauces which i like. Same time I ordered another one in-person at location and employee denied and said we only give 4 sauces at time, if you want to get sub this is how it’s gonna be, you can go and ask any location in Peterborough. I asked why, there is no policy because i just ordered online and i got 6 sauces. Employee Name - Ruchi said management has denied in person only give 4. I cant do it. When you order online we cant do it we have to put sauces but in-person order you only gonna get 4.

The service at this locations SUCKS! ?? Especially Rushi. Service is a 1/5. The food is the same no matter what one you go to. If you want better service, drive to the one by chapters.

I went with my friend to buy a footlong sub and cookie. As the person is making the footlong, we see like a house centipede crawling on the counter that the sandwich was being assembled on. He swipes it off the table and pretends nothing ever happened. I mentioned it to my friend, fairly loud, and the guy pretended to not hear it. Went to go eat my footlong cookie and it was wet. I don't know if that's how they usually come or if it was just severely undercooked.

I have been going here for years....but, in the past 6 wks I have purchased the same meal 4 times and each time the price is different depending on who is serving...the Older gentleman ...the price is always the same ...but when any of the others ....the price for same meal can vary from $24 to $32 dollars....usually around the "combo" again same meal ordered each time.....will not be going there again ....moving on to Mr Submarine ....a little further east on lansdowne ....Food is good there ...my complaint is the money!

We had been served by Yatin. He was wonderful to deal with. Very fast and had a great memory. He knew we had been in town for basketball games, as he noticed my sons jersey. Great employee..should be manager or owner of the joint!

We visit this subway frequently for lunch as it is close to our home. Every single time we have come, the service has been very unsatisfactory. We are rushed through the process, even when nobody is in the store but us. I personally enjoy my sub with an amount of pickles that most would not enjoy. However, if I'm paying over $10 for sandwich, I should be able to have as many pickles as I want. I worked at a subway when I was a teenager, and I can guarantee that the extra pickles don't come out of the employees pay checks. Every time I go, I say "lots of pickles please" and they proceed to put on 3 pickles. I then ask for more and say that I like alot, and they put on 3 (literally 3) more. Overall, the service at this subway is abysmal and needs to be adjusted. There is only ever one employee and they are constantly rushing customers through the shop - just look at the other reviews. Regardless of the close proximity to our home, we will be taking our business to a subway that has employees that listen, even if that means driving across town. Overall, do better Subway.

Not what it use to be 2 subs 40 bucks fire Mr sub are better for what you pay
