Amongst all the staff, there is just one employee named Krupa who is very polite with the customers. She always greets everyone with a smile and gives a good customer experience. However, other than her, all the employees are very cold. They are very selective towards the customers, does not even greet everyone. The other female employees other than Krupa (do not know the name) do not respond to Hi or Hello and are very selective towards few customers only. While placing the order, I said Hello with a smile, there was no response from the staff, just a blank face whereas a customer came after me and stood behind in the line, the staff greeted thhat customer in a loud voice and big smile. It was very disrespectful. The owner should give proper training to the employees in terms of customer experience and the staff should learn to treat all the customers equally. We are all humans.

Just another subway shop. Went to the shop on a Monday afternoon and was very usual. Limited drink varieties, cookies, and all kinds of subs were available. Service was good.

Friendly staff. The pair worked as efficiently as they could despite there just being 2 of them. They finished our order of 4 individual sandwiches in about 10 minutes. It is a bit of a wait for customers behind us. A 3rd or even 4th employee would be hugely beneficial, even if just for peak times. I've got subs and wraps here. The subs always tend to not be evenly spread - one bite is bun, the 2nd bite is the veg, the 3rd bite is the meat. Not sure if there really is any other way to build a sub tho?

Incorrect order, 2 of the sandwiches were switched (for the second time I might add ). Was told to return the food. I don't drive, such a silly request. Why would I bother calling to advise them of their mistake? I asked for nothing, so why would I be required to return the food? Are you insinuating I am a liar? For $20.00?
