I went to this Subway yesterday and had a very bad experience. The girl working there was extremely rude and didn’t know how to talk to customers. Very poor manners and disappointing customer service — no one came to address the issue. Even the owner was there but didn’t say a single word or show any respect. He didn’t seem to care about his business or the customers. On top of that, the food quality was not fresh at all. Very disappointing visit overall.

Amongst all the staff, there is just one employee named Krupa who is very polite with the customers. She always greets everyone with a smile and gives a good customer experience. However, other than her, all the employees are very cold. They are very selective towards the customers, does not even greet everyone. The other female employees other than Krupa (do not know the name) do not respond to Hi or Hello and are very selective towards few customers only. While placing the order, I said Hello with a smile, there was no response from the staff, just a blank face whereas a customer came after me and stood behind in the line, the staff greeted thhat customer in a loud voice and big smile. It was very disrespectful. The owner should give proper training to the employees in terms of customer experience and the staff should learn to treat all the customers equally. We are all humans.
