Incorrect order, 2 of the sandwiches were switched (for the second time I might add ). Was told to return the food. I don't drive, such a silly request. Why would I bother calling to advise them of their mistake? I asked for nothing, so why would I be required to return the food? Are you insinuating I am a liar? For $20.00?

Way better customer service compared to other restaurants around. Excellent service offered though it was a rush time. Staff was fast and accommodative. Fresh and delicious food, nicely baked subs all together guaranteed the satisfaction!

Ordered delivery through the website, they outsource the delivery and they made errors in my order and missed sending items. The delivery upcharge was insane and different than advertised. I called the store and the person who answered refused to help, told me they don't deliver, wouldn't accept my order number, and said he would get a manager and hung up on me. I called the delivery driver and he said the restaurant ordered Door Dash and to call the restaurant not his problem. -WARNING TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The customer service agents are very rude for their customers. That was my first visit to the store. Not well behaved with people who walk-in to the store. Asking tips directly.

I made an online order and the lady that was working the closing shift on November 8th was on her cellphone taking a personal call while she was making my sub, disgusting I hope she didn’t touch my food with those hands. She didn’t put half of the ingredients on my sub that I asked for and the other ingredients that she did put on were incorrect, maybe if she wasn’t distracted with her cell phone she would’ve gave me the food I paid for.

I found the produce to be not as fresh as at other locations I've been to. She had to dig for tomatoes that didn't look wilted. The lettuce also didn't look the freshest. Friendly service.
