I will drive past 8 subways and drive 25 min from my house to come to this subway, the staff here are very very welcoming and nice, get the order done without a mess up or have to ask you 4 times what you want, 100% recomend this location
Love this location. However, was talking to the employees and they say they don’t get holiday pay. Which is against the law. Head office needs to fix that.

Always order online ahead of time. My daughter has dance nearby and we pick up dinner after. Our experience with ordering for the past 6 months has been nothing but stellar. Stellar service and appreciated employees. If you are ranking this location by it being busy etc then you must be a local expecting something faster than perfection. Every sub I have ordered the past 6 months has been spot on every time. And they greet you when you come to pick up. And they thank you for your business. This doesn’t exist in larger places such as Toronto. Enjoy the good life and great subs right here. Made your way every time all the time.

I went in around dinner time to order a sub during what seemed to be a small rush, was greeted in an extremely unfriendly and unpleasant manner, it was as if I as a customer had no business being there. I had to ask several times for toppings to be added because they were putting them on so sparingly, they no longer provide you with a bag so if you’re getting anything other than just your sandwich (I.e cookies, drink, another sandwich or extra toppings on the side) you’re left to juggle them on your own on your way out to your vehicle. And then when I went to fill my drink they had placed a piece of paper over the garbage that said please do not use, so there was nowhere to discard any garbage you might have from your drink like a straw wrapper or anything else, with your hands already full, and a staff member came out with a dirty mop and hovered less than two feet away from me staring at me waiting for me to finish so they could mop the area. Leaving me feeling pressured, rushed and awkward when I’m just trying to get the drink I paid for. As far as im concerned the staff should be addressed on how to treat and speak to paying customers if they want people to continue coming back and paying their salaries.
