Love this location. However, was talking to the employees and they say they don’t get holiday pay. Which is against the law. Head office needs to fix that.

Always order online ahead of time. My daughter has dance nearby and we pick up dinner after. Our experience with ordering for the past 6 months has been nothing but stellar. Stellar service and appreciated employees. If you are ranking this location by it being busy etc then you must be a local expecting something faster than perfection. Every sub I have ordered the past 6 months has been spot on every time. And they greet you when you come to pick up. And they thank you for your business. This doesn’t exist in larger places such as Toronto. Enjoy the good life and great subs right here. Made your way every time all the time.

I went in around dinner time to order a sub during what seemed to be a small rush, was greeted in an extremely unfriendly and unpleasant manner, it was as if I as a customer had no business being there. I had to ask several times for toppings to be added because they were putting them on so sparingly, they no longer provide you with a bag so if you’re getting anything other than just your sandwich (I.e cookies, drink, another sandwich or extra toppings on the side) you’re left to juggle them on your own on your way out to your vehicle. And then when I went to fill my drink they had placed a piece of paper over the garbage that said please do not use, so there was nowhere to discard any garbage you might have from your drink like a straw wrapper or anything else, with your hands already full, and a staff member came out with a dirty mop and hovered less than two feet away from me staring at me waiting for me to finish so they could mop the area. Leaving me feeling pressured, rushed and awkward when I’m just trying to get the drink I paid for. As far as im concerned the staff should be addressed on how to treat and speak to paying customers if they want people to continue coming back and paying their salaries.

Amazingly clean kind and friendly environment. The gentleman that made my families subs was Sam. He was very friendly extremely professional makes great recommendations and was so kind with my kids. He deserves a promotion true gentleman and a real asset to this location. I will certainly be returning here for future great subs. Thanks again Sam you were great and my kids loved the sandwiches and the footlong cookie

Horrible service. The lady was rude and judgmental to my girlfriend and I when getting our sub made, use rude and raciest marks infront of other customers. Also she was saying some very inappropriate things while we were waiting in line. Rediculous service. Never come here unless she is fired.

I’ve never made a review before, but I just wanted to for this subway. Me and my dad came in and we each got a sub with marinara sauce. I am vegetarian and I didn’t realize they kept the meatballs in the marinara sauce and when I was making my sub, the person making it asked if I was vegetarian and when I said yes he got different marinara sauce from the back so I could have one that didn’t have the meatballs in it. Just a very kind employee thank you for doing that I appreciate it!

Absolutely shocked with what I witnessed today at this subway location. BASIC food safety out the window. To start off the person making my sub just finished making a sub with Marinara sauce and did not change their gloves!! Getting that sauce on my bread... then when making my sub they where cross contaminating like crazy !! The guy dropped cheese into meet and then put it back into the cheese container but then was told to use that cheese on my sandwich so he took it back out and put it on!? Next when I asked for cucumber the guy started to put Lettuce on and when told that wasn't want I wanted he took the Lettuce off my sub and threw it BACK into the Lettuce container!!! And again the guy doing my veggies had the same gloves on from when he made the last sandwich. The staff were new I could tell but my goodness please train your staff with the BASIC food safety knowledge... you don't handle different orders with the same damn gloves on and you should be throwing out food that has came into contact with other food items. I'm sure the next person that gets Lettuce would not be happy to know it was put on another sandwich with heated meet and cheese and then put back into the container as if it just was chopped. I will NEVER go back to this store. Absolutely blew my mind what I witnessed...
