The subs here are next level delicious!! The bread is always freshly baked, the veggies are super fresh and ripe, the restaurant is clean and the staff are so sweet and welcoming!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking: Lots of parking in plaza!Kid-friendliness: Lots of room with booths and tables to bring along the kiddos!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access off parking area.

I’ve never made a review before, but I just wanted to for this subway. Me and my dad came in and we each got a sub with marinara sauce. I am vegetarian and I didn’t realize they kept the meatballs in the marinara sauce and when I was making my sub, the person making it asked if I was vegetarian and when I said yes he got different marinara sauce from the back so I could have one that didn’t have the meatballs in it. Just a very kind employee thank you for doing that I appreciate it!Vegetarian options: They’re very accommodating

Absolutely shocked with what I witnessed today at this subway location. BASIC food safety out the window. To start off the person making my sub just finished making a sub with Marinara sauce and did not change their gloves!! Getting that sauce on my bread... then when making my sub they where cross contaminating like crazy !! The guy dropped cheese into meet and then put it back into the cheese container but then was told to use that cheese on my sandwich so he took it back out and put it on!? Next when I asked for cucumber the guy started to put Lettuce on and when told that wasn't want I wanted he took the Lettuce off my sub and threw it BACK into the Lettuce container!!! And again the guy doing my veggies had the same gloves on from when he made the last sandwich. The staff were new I could tell but my goodness please train your staff with the BASIC food safety knowledge... you don't handle different orders with the same damn gloves on and you should be throwing out food that has came into contact with other food items. I'm sure the next person that gets Lettuce would not be happy to know it was put on another sandwich with heated meet and cheese and then put back into the container as if it just was chopped. I will NEVER go back to this store. Absolutely blew my mind what I witnessed...

Horrible service. The lady was rude and judgmental to my girlfriend and I when getting our sub made, use rude and raciest marks infront of other customers. Also she was saying some very inappropriate things while we were waiting in line. Rediculous service. Never come here unless she is fired.

Absolutely love this place, no judge. I was also there to witness the last review 10m ago and there was no such judge there. There was a lot of hate speech from the client towards the staff that work there that I did not appreciate so to anyone like that. Eat at home thx?

We have been to this location often and not usually any issues until our last visitThe female employee working seemed very annoyed and had an attitudeNot to mention, we added pesto to our sub and there was seriously like 3 oz on a 12inch subMaybe the staff should be educated on certain ingredients that are so bold in flavour and don’t require such a large amount, especially when it is an additional $2.50 charge5 little cucumbers put on the sub tooThen when going to pay, more attitude when a $50.00 bill was handed to herI will always return to a business, even if the it’s only one time the food is not up to par but I will NOT return due to a poor attitude

The service at this restaurant is terrible. We witnessed an older lady accidentally leave a tip on a predatory debit machine. We call it predatory because the no tip option is the only option that is the same colour as the background of the screen, and it’s also the smallest option, making it difficult for elderly people to see it.When the lady asked to have the tip refunded the manager (a short white lady with glasses on the heavier side) responded to the old lady with an incredibly snarky attitude, saying that sue should just pay more attention, when I called out this behaviour the manager began arguing with me saying that she deserves tips and that I was arguing with her for no reason, incredibly unprofessional, we will find another location with friendlier staff to get our lunch.

The manager at this location is incredibly entitled and unprofessional ( a heavyset white lady with glasses). I witnessed an older lady accidentally leave a tip on the predatory debit machine which makes it difficult to see the no tip option, she had previously stated to the staff that she did not not want to leave a tip to the staff, and yet when she accidentally did they said nothing to her, probably hoping she wouldn’t notice, so I pointed it out to her. When she asked to get her money back for the tip the manager was very snarky with her, blaming the old lady, scolding her and telling her to pay more attention. After they finished their transaction the old lady thanked me for pointing it out and then I approached the manager to tell her how unprofessional and rude she was being, and she responded by acting entitled rather than apologizing for anything, telling me that she deserves tips, which I strongly disagree with based on her attitude, and she repeated that everyone just needs to pay more attention, rather than admitting that the debit machine could be designed in a more transparent way. She also told me that my complaints were invalid and that we were arguing with her for no reason. She made all the customers in the restaurant visibly uncomfortable, and we will not be returning to this location, it’s rare to see someone in a management position with an attitude as poor as hers.

Lost a star only because the not very cold, Tropicana lemonade tasted like "worm juice", so gross!Staff were incredible and genuine at that. The 2 women working were so great that I left feeling truly uplifted and I was smiling, which it's hard to make me do.I purchased a foot long each of #1 and #11 for the 1st time ever. The later, with Green Goddess dressing was extremely unique tasting and took a little getting used to but I liked it. Will order again but in a wrap from now on.The other sub with black forest ham, bacon, cheese, veggies, mayo and house sauce was quite good and would be my go to in a pinch for a sub.I like that the woman had no problem at all with customizing my order to exactly how I wanted. Removing what I didn't want and also substituting other items {eg: adding the kind of cheese I prefer, adding mayo in lieu of honey mustard sauce} with no qualms whatsoever about doing so.As it should be at any sub shop, one should be allowed to build their sub exactly as preferred.The wait was next to nil to be served and I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes. I was at the store between 1:30 and 2 PM, there was a dad/son ahead of me as the only other customers at the time.The 1 worker was dealing with their order and the other took mine. There was a very short delay from when I walked in until the other worker attended to me, 2 minutes or so. Perhaps she was cleaning something or whatever, I didn't notice but, it doesn't matter because the wait to be served was very minimal.I find most of the sub shops in PTBO. to be totally disappointing for 1 reason or another but, this Subway is fantastic and I will be a repeat customer! They have my business from now on whenever I get into the city, no more overpriced and disgusting tasting Crack Donald's that can't even get orders correct for me.Thank you to the 2 young women who were working between 1:30 and 2 PM on Wednesday, May 24th, 2023. You both deserve a hefty raise!

Came to grab a quick bite a couple of weekends ago, and we weren't very impressed. Ordering was an annoying process because we had to pick our subs and explain to each employee that handled preparing them that we wanted to customize our toppings and didn't want the "default" ones. Also the employee that finished preparing my sub and took our payment didn't seem to have any idea what he was supposed to be doing and had to be repeatedly helped and corrected. Maybe it was a bad evening to come in, but I wont be back to find out. Don't recommend it here

Yesterday I was pretty upset when I went into subway (pregnant and not feeling well all I wanted was a chicken pizziola sub). The menu I know has recently changed but I still have been able to order this sub at other locations. I went into the subway on chemong yesterday and the lady refused to make me the sub. I said but all the ingredients for the sub are right there, I’m looking at them and she kept saying no sorry. I walked out in tears which seems kind of silly but it was the only thing I felt I could eat at the time with my nausea. I’ll never go back to that location and I am so beyond disappointed. I don’t know if she was just uneducated as an employee or if she was just being straight up mean. I will be calling management and speaking with them regarding this situation. Refusing to make a sub for a paying customer when you have all the ingredients in front of you…. that’s just wrong. I was stunned.
