Went in for two subs at 11:50am November 19th.
As we picked our toppings we noticed a pickle in the lettuce. We let her know my partner was allergic to pickles, and asked if she had any other lettuce available as the lettuce she had was contaminated.
She proceeded to pick up pickles and stared at us. Then we repeated what we had told her and she put the pickles back, but did not change her gloves as she touched one of the sandwiches.
She said she didn’t have any other lettuce, which
I don’t really believe as it’s normal to have backups for any toppings.
She wasn’t even willing to offer us more spinach. We asked her to change her gloves before continuing, as that is standard after touching something that could cause an allergic reaction, and she did, however she was very short with us and not helpful at all.
We shouldn’t have to ask staff to change gloves when we’ve informed them of an allergy. If we hadn’t she would’ve continued to touch the sandwiches.
The cross contamination is extremely concerning as well, I would advise anyone with severe allergies to be wary.
She also had friends of hers hanging out at the tables taking up two booths, and they were cursing loudly and being somewhat obnoxious.
Not a good experience at all.
Will not be returning to this location.

That’s very careless that they have hair in food ! I cough for 10 minutes as it stuck in my neck ! It’s very poor !

I went to the 140 Parkhill road west Peterborough Ontario location after placing a mobile order. I was not able to order a blt on the mobile app so I placed an order for a ham paid for extra meet and added a note asking to sub ham for bacon. When I went into the restaurant I was told this was possible then to immediately be told it wasn’t by the other lady behind counter due to difference in price. The cost to add ham is far more expensive than bacon, so I thought a substitute would be aloud but according to her bacon was a more costly item. I even asked about a single portion since I paid for double meet. I was treated roundly, I will never be going back, I would simply like a refund and an apology for how I was treated by porley trained customer service workers. Didn’t even get my food, just walked out. I just want I refund.

This was one of the worst food experiences I've had. I ordered the Jerk Chicken Bowl. It was only sauces with negligible rice, and the amount of chicken was laughable. After getting the order back to the store, the guy gives says he's been working since two years. If he's working from two years its horrible service and the store manager definitely needs to check him. Had to pay again for the bowl. Its better to starve rather than eating here. Won’t be wasting my money here again.

I visit yesterday at around 1 pm for my online pickup. There was a lady who working with 2 young girls she was really very rude. When I told her can you please grilled my sub she said what.? And then she rolled the eyes. It’s bad experience ever.

i visited there many time but i alway gets same customer service thats worst i ordered 2 subways firstly the staff can't understand english secondly she hasn't washed her hands. We order veg and non veg subway she has thrown the chicken in lattice that i don't like and i got her hair in my subway. worst experience every times

Visited this location after a long day outside in the rain.
Connectivity was spotty all over the area, and was told right away that it was cash only.
Associate was super friendly, entertaining and thanked us repeatedly for our patience and understanding, even though the issue was completely out of his control.
He handled the situation calmly and professionally.

First of all I want your area manager to contact me for this worst experience that I had here today.
First you need to train your staff how to deal with customer even though some of us are not canadian or born here, we just want respect. They are just being racist right now. especially that indian girl. She don’t know how to speak, additionally her face expressions were bad than worse. From the start to end I can tell from her face that she doesn’t even wanna serve me.
I just asked for the extra sauces like I usually do but I don’t know what happened she just started putting it like crazy. I was frustrated that I had to paid for that piece of garbage that she made.
I asked for the girl name many times but they never told me her name and I don’t know why they are not wearing there name tags.
I just want your area manager to contact me because there are so many more things that I wanna talk about but it will be bad for your reputation if i write it here.
one girl was working, no one to help her. charged us a ridiculous amount for two sub combos, 42 dollars to be exact!! i’ve never been to a subway that have had my subs come out to 42 dollars. clearly is under qualified to be working alone. tried to question the price but she walked away to the next customer. also when ordering our subs i mentioned i wanted to order a footling cookie as well, and instead of putting the cookie in the oven before proceeding with our subs, she made our subs then made us pay THEN she put the cookie in the oven and told us it to be a 3 minute wait. that to me seems silly considering we mentioned it from the get go that we wanted one. overly food was good, but the customer service is awful. if i could’ve given a 0 i would’ve.

In business there are usually certain rules. Do more, talk less, be polite and don’t force unnecessary conversation on anyone. The client must be satisfied so that he returns tomorrow. And we must value the time of the visitors who come. I want to emphasize that this does not apply to all staff. As they say, “Make your face simpler and people will be drawn to you.”
Ordered take out. The salad was completely gross and they didn't give us an item we ordered (pretzel).
