Very slow service. We were there on a Saturday at 1 pm. There were only 2 others in line ahead but it took us almost 20 minutes to get our food. By the time we sat for, there was 4 others in line behind us. The staff were just slow in general. Didn't seem to be new to the position or anything. There was 4 people working there as two were putting up signs in the windows but didn't come to assist the counter.

We were sooooo impressed with the outstanding service and friendly manner in which Josh provided. I have never seen a more friendly, polite young man as Josh was. Parkhill and Water street's Subway is very fortunate to have such a dedicated, polite and friendly employee.

Daytime staff are horrible no respect can't even warm up a meatball sub never have specialty cookies in stock very demanding night shift on the other hand Is amazingly respectful and makes your food the way its supposed to be

It is the most welcoming subway experience that I ever had. The staff is very nice and they are always happy to help and serve. It is the best subway location in the whole town. Must visit.
