AVOID this location!!! Any other one in town is better. The staff and service at this location are abysmal. I ordered a Canadian Club on Uber a few weeks ago and because there isn’t an option for “no bacon” (I like ham & turkey but cannot eat bacon) I called the store right away to clarify the order. The woman on the phone refused to accommodate my order, lying outright: saying my order had already been made! This was impossible, as I had literally placed the order only 30 seconds beforehand (I double checked the times on my phone and the receipt when I got my order to confirm). She then HUNG UP on me! The rudeness and lack of basic customer service at this location is totally unacceptable. Subway- DO BETTER!!!

Josh needs a raise just saying! He had us laughing the entire time with his jokes, sub puns and outgoing and playful personality. I'll go there again just to see Josh.

This an ode to my guy, Josh. I have never, EVER come across an individual who is so unbelievably exceptional in their customer service. The guy is kind, interested in who you are and makes an amazing sandwich. If Josh ran for Prime Minister, I'd vote for him without second thought. I'd follow him to the depths of Mordor. This may seem like a lot, but at a location where one might find a lot of drunk and unruly folk, his light shines supreme. We should all be lucky to have a Josh in our lives. He ought to be the CEO of this company. For real. I think he deserves a ton of recognition and a HUGE raise in salary. Thank you, Josh, for being such an amazing,warm, kind being. There are few who and cast the light, in an otherwise dim world, that you do ?

So I usually go to subways and the staff there is always good but when I went to parkhill subway the staff was kind of rude and the way he was talking it’s just unjustifiably. I am usually a polite person so I didn’t said anything but it just made the negative image because when someone treats you bad especially when you are having food it’s just spoil your whole mood and or further time you don’t even want to go. 29/July/2023. 11:50 pm No MANAGER ON NIGHT SHIFT. UNTRAINED STAFF, Non cooperative. MAKING WRONG FOOD. I came back all the way from clancy crescent with food they took my food for what already paid and just said sorry and no replacement for their mistake. Very bad experience. Won’t recommend anyone who love subway.Vegetarian options: Very bad experience.
