Sunset Grill

I went here on Sunday, February 15 from out of town. Waited at the front door for five minutes and there’s not busy at all then I was seated tons of staff no customers still waited another five minutes for my coffee.
They weren’t interested in serving me at all. There was more staff in the restaurant than customers and I was totally ignored. Horrible service.
Never cared about me as a customer I will not be back

Seat yourself, get your own menus, get your own high chair, wait 32 minutes for bacon and pancakes? $17 plus tax per breakfast plate that cost $3? Additionally, when asked why it’s taking so long the server thought that was a rude question and confronted my wife about me being rude asking. I was told a burger takes a long time because “it’s big” (It’s not roast beef). I mean, those are the facts so should I lie?

The 8 of us won’t be back again.

Food is subpar at best, I ordered take out and it looked like they threw it in the container. Bread was cold, not buttered and no butter in the bag.

Had a great breakfast. Server was wonderful, eggs bacon and sausage was excellent. Was a bit loud but expected.

Food took an hour to get to our table, asked for crispy bacon and it came out soggy. Asked for bacon to be re done and it came back missing a piece. Home fries were literally raw and had no flavour.

Firstly, I wanna thank my server, Victoria, C. She was well-versed in the menu and had great recommendations. Now when I entered, I stood probably 4 to 5 minutes at the front waiting to be seated seem to be ignored by people that’s really bothers me especially when you have the sign up that says please wait to be seated. It wasn’t busy there were half of the tables full. I would say at that point. The food was OK, The eggs were perfectly cooked. The bacon was delicious. The hollandaise sauce came from a package, but it was OK. but I’ve seen several other reviews regarding the home fries and I agree they are not cooked enough. Some of them are still quite on the raw side so you would think with all of the reviews saying home fries aren’t cooked enough you might try to improve that. I have several years in food and beverage management positions and Another observation I had was that there was way too many people in the cooking area. You had a cook back there actually I believe he might’ve been a dishwasher, but he had a beard with no covering over the beard and way too many people expo the line.

We in and sign said seat yourself. We sat down and no one acknowledged us. 2 other parties came in after and got served. We got up to walk out and were told our server was coming. No thanks!
Called to talk to a manager and no one on site today.
Stacked just up the road is very friendly!!

Ordered take out. Asked for eggs to be over easy and yolks runny. I received hard burnt eggs ( not edible) home fries were white, tasteless and undercooked. Very disappointing. When I called the restaurant their answer was call skip the dishes. No accountability. Sad that a breakfast restaurant can’t cook eggs!
