Waited at the front door at least 10 min and didn't even see an employee. Also other people in the dining room were looking around as if they had been waiting for a while. I got a bad feeling about the experience we were about to have at the Lansdowne location so we left and enjoyed a great lunch at the chemong location.

I could not believe how packed this place was at 4pm on a weekday. I've been to many Swiss Chalet locations and, although service was slower here than the other locations, I think the food and the portions were better. No wonder the dining room was full. Unfortunately for me, I had planned on a quick, inexpensive, delicious, 1 hour meal and it took nearly twice as long. Which makes sense due to the sheer volume of customers.

We placed an order for delivery the driver showed up with our food forgot the debit machine took her food back had to wait for him time the food got to us again it was not hot I Phone to say something and all they said was oh if there's a problem call us back I will never order again from them for delivery how is it my fault that the driver didn't bring a debit machine I gave them my order number our name and everything I shouldn't have to heat my food up in the microwave

This location had efficient service and food quality although the 1/4 chicken dinner looked, quite small on the plate ! After dinner I went to use the bathroom and it’s a good thing I went in after my meal or I would of just left without eating The bathroom was filthy with sticky floors and the flooring was dirty in the stalls…. Not acceptable for a restaurant. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like 😡

Sam was our server tonight, lovely service sat down and within 15 minutes had our order taken drinks and food at the table , chicken was nice and moist with fresh fries! Will be back for sure!

Was in Peterborough for the weekend and visited this location, we waited to be seated forever! Should have been a red flag for what was to become a horrible experience. The restaurant was filthy, had we visited the restroom prior to eating we would have left! Our server was more interested in chatting with other tables than taking our order. We ordered chicken on a bun and fries, there was a scant amount of chicken on the bun and it literally looked like it was leftovers from another diners plate. The fries were cold and over cooked, it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Swiss Chalet!!

We were greeded and seated guickly. Our server Thomas got our drink order guickly and returned. He took our food order we ordered the full rack of ribs. He then brought extra napkins and made sure we had everything we needed. When the meal came served in good time the ribs were perfectly cooked and sauced. The sides with the meal were great. The only problem was the bread rolls were hard I would suggest that take away rolls and maybe more cold slaw. Thomas did offer to exchange the rolls but we declined. We will return thank you for great service
My wife and I enjoyed our food and my kids loved what they ordered, Our server Samantha was very good. We will go back soon!!
