Ordered food through Uber eats. Got it home missing an entire meal. It took 1hr and 15 mins to get to us which i get it just reopened and they're busy. Dealt with Uber eats for the refund but drove down to reorder the missing meal and there is no counter service 1 out of 3 order kiosks working. And a line not worth waiting in. From what everyone else said food was alright.

Do not order food from here on any app!
I waited for 2 hours, eventually canceling my order. I have seen others post the same thing. It will say that they are preparing your order but it is never prepared. I tried calling but had no response.

Waited 2 hours for our food. It was cold and the taco shells were soggy and falling apart. Called them 4 times to try to get our money back and no answer.
Great service especially considering they're new. Give them some time, and they'll rock!

This place is a trash hole my one taco I got was soaking wet when I got up to the window the lady could barely understand me and could barely even speak English the service was awful the food was even worse never it was so bad people were backing out of the drive thru😂 never coming back here if I want Taco Bell I’ll just go to Oshawa

Missing 1 of our fries supreme, don’t bother trying to call, there’s no number for corporate, the restaurant won’t answer their phone and the mailbox is full. I can only assume this happens frequently.

The last couple of times I have gone here I have been told to pull around to parking lot to wait. Okay, fine that is understandable. A bit odd on this occasion considering we only ordered 3 tacos. Anyways, the ENTIRE parking lot has been people waiting for their order. We had to park waaay over by the far back fence and we couldn’t be found when it was our time. This seemed to cause mass confusion. Secondarily, my order wasn’t even right when I got home. We don’t come here often but to have this happen 3 separate times seems a bit crazy to me. Especially due to visits being at different times of day. Anyways say in drive thru for 10 minutes, another 20 in the lot for 3 tacos and wasted 30 minutes for the wrong stuff.
Ordered at the window, told to wait in the parking lot and my order for two people took 25 minutes to come to me. I went around to the order window and asked for my order NOW OR MY MONEY. GOT THE FOOD and even then it was wrong.
NOTHING but disrespectful workers there. THEY messed up our food and when we went back in, they gave us nothing but a hard time, questioning us about if OUR food was correct. Due to language barrier the order got messed up again and when we went back to apologize and fix the order again, we got nothing but attitude and we got told they can’t fix it

I don’t want to write this up but heard a-lot from every other friend of mine and now it happened with me as there was no professionalism among employees. We picked up order through uber eats have bag and was waited for almost 25 minutes to pickup and then the Indian guy said you can cancel the order. As you don’t have to wait to pickup the delivery order. Then he was rude to fellow customers too I haven’t seen this much attitude when working we work in customer service too its a request if you don’t want to work then do not come there is no need to misbehave with anyone rather it is a delivery driver or customer. If i ever get a chance i would never let that guy to be on that place such a pathetic service warning for everyone out there.
