I’ve ate at many many Thai Express places. The food here is poorly cooked and staff has an attitude. I do not recommend this Thai Express.

my girlfriend and I ordered a shrimp pad thai and we were given it on a paper plate and was a mess and looked sloppy, like that really shitty street food spot near you uncles place in scarborough, service was poor when i asked to put it in a box they said they couldn’t then i showed them how sloppy it looked, as they did i heard murmurs in a different language so not sure what they were talking about. anyways there was like 5 pieces of shrimp too like huh? $17 for 5 pieces and a slop of noodles…

I found this in my food . They were giving me a hard time even getting a refund, never mind actually compensating for their error. Not a shed of guilt or anything expressed, no apology. After they took a closer look at it they disposed of it and said that it was just a piece of broccoli. Luckily I was able to capture photos of it first.

I ordered without egg and I reviewed With egg , when I call them to ask about this one how rude he is , not even giving a proper answer also shouting at me

The chicken noodles was so bad I requested for replacement but they denied. Please don’t vist the Thai curry in landsdown mall . Poor service

Well, I used to like this place. But after yesterday, not so much. My wife ordered me food from the food court to bring home for me. You wanted her to pay first, which she did. She didn't TIP you because it's an order service, and it's supposed to be like take out. Not a dine-in restaurant, no server, no reason to tip, and we are standing up to order the food. We'll, after she didn't tip you, you made my food like garbage. My wife said you didn't even take 2 min to make it. While the previous customers ordered something similar and it was bountiful. Your place already charges way too much for simple noodles and meat. Never coming back!

Worst staff ever. They give you wrong items and still shout at you to make you look food. Won’t apolozise for their mistske. Worst service i have ever got. I would never recommend.

I ordered white chocolate pineapple cheese cake but they gave me chocolate cheese cake and when i asked them to check that they gave me wrong cheese cake. The staff started to shout. They don't know english at all. Educate the staff. Wrost staff i've every seen in any restaurant.

too much cooked noodle, less sauce. Too blend. I cant believe this is “just cooked”. I love Thai express and tried in BC, AB, MB and ON. Never had like this. Not gonna be back to this location.
