Sunday afternoon and evening. Our waitress, Hilary, I think, was friendly, efficient, and very attentive. Bluegrass Menagerie provided a wonderful atmosphere with their toe tapping Bluegrass music. Menu is different than the one on the website, but still lots of good choices. Steak sandwich was excellent.

Our server was terribly rude. 4 of us for Valentine dinner. 2 of us ordered fish and chips - we wanted 2 piecebut apparentlyshe didn't hear that, so we both got 1 piece. The other 2 ordered a past, I believe. I ordered a small salad to start, it was mostl the core o the lettuce, she didn't even notice the bowl was still full when she took it. Almost threw my friends dinner across the table. The server says we'll it's hard to get things across these tables. My fish are chips would have been amazing, I think if it came HOT. The server got me new fries. My friend with other fish said his was warm. After the terrible we had, then we waited 45 minutes for our bills, while our server was chatting it up friends. UNACCEPTABLE as far as I'm concerned. Bad experience for me, and only my second there. VERY DISAPPOINTED

It's all unfortunate actually that NO ONE CARED,no one came to check in on us even after I said it was cold and greasy,as it sat in the window while people socialized.

We went last night and were treated to the amazing sounds of Jazz. We also had great food and the dessert was AMAZING, the Rosewater Cardamom Gulab Cheesecake was out of this world. This is our new FAVOURITE place to be on a Thursday night. Genna & Scott
