***To be updated after a very negative experience with one specific, particularly rude server***This restaurant is not only one of my favourite places due to the unbelievable food quality and extremely fresh, mindful ingredients used, but it’s also one of my favourite places to visit in all regards. The staff is angelic, the atmosphere is blissfully cozy and inviting while maintaining a highly professional, clean aesthetic. The prices are high if you’re looking for something along the lines of McDon’s or Harvey’s but you CERTAINLY get what you pay for here, and compared to other generic restaurants, the serving portions, and deep care put into preparation make the meals of great value for the cost! No matter what I order, the food and drinks here ensure that I leave feeling thoroughly nourished and much healthier/detoxified than when I arrived. Everyone here is warmly welcoming and it feels like coming home to visit family anytime I have the blessing to stop in. The servers and cooks always have wonderful recommendations, which is so helpful for an indecisive person with a wide range of taste preferences like myself. Today I was helped with a decision and the suggested Pesto TLT sandwich was far beyond my hopes/expectations. As far as I’m concerned, they sell the best coffee in Peterborough, because it is always brewed very flavourfully, it is organic, and it is consistent.Thank you to everyone that makes this place so much more than just a delicious vegan restaurant!!Vegetarian options: Kind of like how a square is always a rectangle, it’s all vegan so technically it covers the bases of vegetarian requirements, but goes above and beyond in terms of ethical ingredients.Dietary restrictions: MANY amazing vegan options, as it is a vegan restaurant.Kid-friendliness: As I ate here today, a mother came to enjoy smoothies with her daughter and both seemed very pleased with their treatment here. The staff is always very accommodative and friendly to all types of customers!

The selection of desserts was perfect. I chose a variety of squares/cookies and the company I served them to were delighted. So terrific to have quality gluten-free products available.

Fantastic little restaurant in downtown Peterborough! All Gluten-Free and Vegan so those with Celiac are absolutely OK to dine here. Food is sublime (I enjoyed the Soul Bowl thoroughly), the atmosphere is very fitting for the type of experience they offer and the staff are fun and knowledgeable. Definitely will want to visit again before we leave town!

Food is sublime (I enjoyed the Soul Bowl thoroughly), the atmosphere is very fitting for the type of experience they offer and the staff are fun and knowledgeable. Pulled Jackfruit sandwich was fantastic and the miso-ginger portobello mushroom bowl was so tasty and beautiful to look at! Service was warm, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Absolutely love this place and the relaxed vibes!Everyone is also so super friendly and helpful, food is delicious of course :DI highly recommend the Taco salad and Green Goddess Smoothie.

Went there for dinner last night and on a Saturday night it was just the two of us (probably because of March break), so we had amazing service. Hubby loved the Maple Whiskey Sour and enjoyed his mushroom burger. The Electric City bowl was the perfect combination of sweet potato and Tempah. It definitely fills you up and you can taste the freshness. A great way to end the dinner was with a peanut butter cup. HIghly recommend!

Was having lunch with a work colleague who is gf vegan. Searched the Google and this was where we ended up. Food was delicious and so fresh. I had the pad Thai which was amazing and HUGE. But I have to say she had the soup special and smelling it made me regret my choice a little.
