We attended a baby shower at The Pin and it was absolutely darling! It’s cute as a button in there and the food is to die for. Highly recommend the Curry Chicken Sandwich and the biscuits for a sweet treat. That was my first visit at The Pin, since Nadene took over, and certainly not my last. Can’t wait to get back there! Thanks for having us.

We went here with my sister & her fiancé after they got engaged. We had a reservation so I’m not sure how long a usual wait time would be but we were seated right away. They had a high chair available for my daughter to use. The food portions were great and the food tasted so good! The only downside for us was that you need to find street parking but the food definitely made up for that!

I also tried the Provence tea, which was amazing. The owner is very nice and friendly. We will definitely go again and recommend it!

The Pin is the only place we really want to eat when travelling between Ottawa and Toronto. It’s definitely worth the slight detour from the highway 7 speedway to relax and enjoy the great food. And if my brothers read this, HAVE THE BUTTER TARTS!

This is one of my all time favorite restaurants. We’ve been going here for years. The quality of fresh ingredients is amazing and I have never had a bad meal. Quality of food remains consistent and delicious. We’ve done high tea as well as lunch and dinner and had basically everything on the menu! Can’t get enough! Atmosphere is so cute and the servers are so kind. Plan to be here for a few hours as the restaurant is set up for multiple courses, night caps and great conversations. You never feel rushed out! Love the pin!

Hard 1. Our server was so rude. No “hello” or welcoming conversation at all. No small talk. If I knew this old fellas name I would put it in the review. Shocked at the price and the auto gratuity. We had 5 adults and a 3 and 4 year old. Why would you feel deserved of an 18% tip. Also very frustrated that we were served 6x Mother’s Day tea servings. Tried to send one back as we had two small children. This guy wouldn’t allow it. Absolutely horrible service. Sub par food. Dumpy old building with no parking.

The tea menu is extensive, which was such a nice surprise. Would highly recommend and I'll have to come back here for lunch or dinner one day.

Definitely it’s not your typical restaurant, it’s hosted in century old house on King Street in Peterborough. Definitely provides different ambiance and setting. We enjoy it as it’s not typical busy restaurant. The quality of food is excellent, setting is very nice. Service was slow it took one hour to get our food, I feel sorry to one girl who was trying to do her best. Overall very good experience although you need to prepare to higher than your typical restaurant if you take into account fresh ingredients and atmosphere. It’s definitely a place to visit again. I took family for brunch and everyone was happy with their choice of food.
