Tonight I was treated horribly with my child. After not saying hi for a few min as drive thru always takes president, I finally was served. It was not a happy vibe at all. The gentleman spoke a,different language to the other worker ,both looked at me then laughed. I've been made to feel so uncomfortable. Then that same gentleman went to the girl at the drive thru window and said something with his back to me and they laughed. I finally said something and was ignored. As we left I looked back through the window to the both of them staring and laughing. I made eye contact and nodded my head so they know I saw them. This is disgusting behavior. I go to thos location every morning as a new person to Peterborough. They know my order already . The morning staff are amazing and should know how they are representing tim hortons at night. In front of my child, laughing and judging . Terrible experience

Went to this Tim’s Hortons to grab a drink, I ordered an ice frozen original lemonade as I have ordered the same from multiple other Tim Hortons. I get to the window and get handed lemonade with ice in it. I politely said that is not what I ordered. The man who took my order very rudely said thats what I ordered and that I said I wanted lemonade with ice in it and gave me the drink. I never felt so disrespected by an employee in my life. There was no offer of something different I was basically told to take the drink it and accept it. If he was nicer I could have understood the misunderstanding, but because he was rude to me I thought it was fair to write a review on this experience. I went to the Tim Hortons up the road who were far more polite and got my order correct. I will never return to this location again nor would I give my hard earned money to this location ever again.

I've been going to this location for 2m now almost daily while working in Cobourg, and they are always extra friendly. Make sure they get your order correct. I never had an issue here. It's a great little spot.
This place is awful. They charged me $4.68 for a large regular coffee. Avoid this place

A kind a disrespect 😤 never seen before! And just gor taking 1 minute longer nit being able to grab everything at once! We humans have only 2 hands. Do we? I definitely dont recommend it. I forgot and went there again. Hahah. With my kids. And was disrespected to maximum for not hurrying ASAP. kids took 1 minute to grab their drinks . Hiw a shame.

Usually a regular, but today was unacceptable. I come to this location almost every day. Today, the drive-thru staff said they couldn’t hear my order—even after I raised my voice clearly. Then, without any explanation, I was told they weren’t taking my order.
I drove up to the window to figure out what was going on. Another employee, who clearly heard me fine, was very apologetic and clearly embarrassed. But then the original order taker came over and told me not to come back and to use another location next time.
I’ve never had an experience like that before, especially at a place I visit regularly. Totally uncalled for and unprofessional.
