The food and beverages at this location always taste better for some reason. Drive thru line moves fairly quickly, for the most part. Their employees are always friendly and respectful. I will go out of my way to go to this Tim Hortons!

Getting really tired of them grabbing TimBits with dirty gloves on and making them taste like the last thing they touched. This is pretty basic. Also, the hash browns have been terrible lately. Freezer burnt and not cooked properly.

Update: service has slowed significantly. Afternoons are atrocious. I have on more than one occasion spent minutes (MINUTES) at the drive through speaker waiting to order. Window service lacks standard transaction interaction too ('that's $2.20, how would you like to pay', etc.) Lots of new staff and they don't seem to be trained on Tim's usual standards.Good enough coffee. Fast service.

I bought a coffees and belts begels at around 12 o’clock and the lady who was working on a begel station was so rude and not co-operatives. Our foods were so cold and completely not happy with employees and service.

Lots of staff buzzing around good service poor guy was new and had hard time figuring things out but was great and still provided great service. Food was good just a shame how small things are getting the tea biscuits are bite size now rather than a biscuit. True shame. Atmosphere generic. But ok.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Daryl who made my day. He fixed a small whipped cream related error (not his error) with such a graceful and fun demeanour that made me happy there was an error in the first place! Way to go, Daryl!

Handy location, but access to the parking lot can be challenging due to the extremely long drive-thru line. Service for dine-in is quite slow because the majority of staff are focusing on the order window. The bathroom has never had hot water, which for a profitable location like this is unacceptable. Food is typical TH's and is prepared with little care. It's all about go-go-go!
