I’m fed up with this Tim’s. I come nearly every morning cause it’s on my way to work but I am constantly disappointed. The bagels always have the thinnest possible amount of cream cheese to the point that I don’t even end up eating it half the time. I’ve tried mitigating this issue by asking (and paying for) extra cream cheese but then they put so much that there’s more cream cheese than bagel. Usually I cut them some slack because weekday mornings are busy but I went on a Saturday at 8:30 and was the only one in the drive through. They need to better train their staff because I never have a had a bagel worse than this Tim’s location

Poor experience just now. Got a large ice coffee to have it appear like it’s already been drank from (I haven’t even tried it yet). Not sure why I paid for a large to have it appear like a medium. Additionally the drive thru pot hole is extremely poor.

Just pathetic service…. 90% of the time my order is wrong. All I’m getting is food I started going to Starbucks instead for my drinks because I never get a burnt or watered down coffee. Guess I’ll just start getting food from there to now. Hire employees with brains that function

Service so fast you'll be wearing your coffee in no time! To be fair, I'm glad this happened. I hate Tim's and do not want to support them. The aroma of stale coffee in my car for months will inspire me to brew my own (better) coffee at home. Thanks Tim's!

Scanner has been broken for the walk in for over a week.. I could've had a free coffee by now.. Also very disappointing watching drive thru get their cards scanned and not walk in..
This branch of tim horotns has the best french vanilla in town. On the down side it is very inconvenient when they start preparing our orders, the ones we make through app, only when we reach there. In the app there is the option to order it now or in 5 minutes or so. But they will prepare the order only once we are there, wait in line and then tell them we have made such an order.

UNHYGIENIC AND HORRIBLE SERVICE I visited on the evening of September 10th and saw a bee inside the food display. I told an employee about it, but she just laughed and said, “It’s because of the sugar; we get a lot of bees in here.” The lack of concern was appalling. I just smiled and left, and I won’t be returning.

Since the owners have changed, quality has gone down to the drains. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the buns were rock solid, clearly showed that they were stale. Similar thing happened with my girlfriend, she ordered a breakfast sandwich and the egg patty was completely black as if it was a week old. I don't even want to get started on the staff. There's no option to give zero star otherwise I would have done that. And don't even get me started on the ridiculous quality of staff, or else I'll be branded racist.
