I’m fed up with this Tim’s. I come nearly every morning cause it’s on my way to work but I am constantly disappointed. The bagels always have the thinnest possible amount of cream cheese to the point that I don’t even end up eating it half the time. I’ve tried mitigating this issue by asking (and paying for) extra cream cheese but then they put so much that there’s more cream cheese than bagel. Usually I cut them some slack because weekday mornings are busy but I went on a Saturday at 8:30 and was the only one in the drive through. They need to better train their staff because I never have a had a bagel worse than this Tim’s location
