I never have ordered drive thru and after asking for my order I was cut off at 3 of 4 drinks ordered and asked to come into the store. I know times are an issue, but my time is also an issue. I wasted my time placing then having to park and go into the store, then to have other drivers that came after served first is NOT acceptable.

The service provided was satisfactory, however, there is a need for improvement in the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the establishment. It was observed that there were a significant number of flies present in the vicinity of the donuts, which is a potential health hazard and could negatively impact the customer experience.

I feel like anytime we ask for no sauce on something it turns into a rush fest of attitudes from this location. I don't get it. Nobody seems happy at this location maybe it's something in management or higher up. Why not set some goals for your staff to reach? They seem so stressed out.Doesn't hurt to smile.

Easy to pop in and out to grab tim hortons order. Doesn't carry everything but always clean and great energy in theme for the season.

Disclosure ( I do know someone whom works here ) but My mother and I went through drive thru few weeks ago and got up to the speaker , for the most part knew what we were ordering but needed a moment and then proceed to the window , I think it was the manager that served us , after we left it was brought to my attention that the manager has the audacity to make a inappropriate comment to the employee I know stateing my mother and I don’t know/have drive through ediquit when ordering as we sould have already known what we want. Well neither of us were impressed by this comment . I understand they want to make their times but yes sometimes it takes a moment as someone with a mental disability I think that it’s rude and disrespectful especially to be saying that to their staff weather they are someone I know personally or not if that how a manager is willing to talk about people ( and yes she was aware my connection to said person as she asked whom we were to the worker , I’m not going to name names) then it’s a shame to think how other customer coming in will be talked about behind their backs or what kind of conversation take place when customers aren’t around .Now on the other note I will say the manager is not professional with how she talks to employees. you may find her calling employee a liar because she favours other employees “because they are friends” ( conflict of interest) .I would hope that in the future she does better with respecting employees and customers and refrains from inappropriate comments about customers to her staff while serving in her position of a manger as that role sets examples for other employees and reflects on how they grow and work skills.

Three of us are waiting in line in the gas station, takes at least 5 minutes to get to the first person waiting. There are 2 people working. I get the drive thru was busy as well. What I don't get, is that after serving the customer in front of me, she doesn't say anything to me, looks at the screen and starts making the drive thru item. Are we not important cause we are waiting in the store? There are two of them working, who is the priority?At least she could have said I'll be right with you. Then I probably wouldn't have walked out.

We were at the tims on lansdowne st east at the pioneer gas station getting coffee this afternoon . The girl serving us was doing a great job , considering she was working alone, helping the customers at the drive through and those inside. She was amazing!!! Her name is Nicole ♡

Nice spot right inside a pioneer gas station so when you pay for fuel you can grab coffee or snack, they're quick and friendly never had an issue at this spot their drinks are always made correctly ?

Absolutely disgusted in the service here ... got an everything bagel with extra bacon .. went to bite into it and literally looked like a half a strip of bacon was put on it .. called in and spoke with the manager who was very rude and told me if I can't turn around and bring it back then I'd have to hold onto it until tomorrow to bring it back ... seriously? Spending 6+$ on a bagel with extra bacon and instead of getting to eat today I have to bring it back tomorrow .. I literally spend $12 every morning at this location.. guess I'll be looking elsewhere that values my money
