I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location due to the unprofessional behaviour of both the supervisor and the manager. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, they were rude and dismissive—not just to me, but also in how they treated other staff in front of customers. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and made the visit unpleasant. I think they both are husband and wife and I don’t understand why they have shift together , according to the Tim Horton policy I don’t think husband and wife work together in same shift .
Customer service should be a priority, especially from leadership. I expect better from a brand like Tim Hortons. I hope upper management takes these concerns seriously.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had a very disappointing experience. The manager was extremely unprofessional, and the service from one staff member in particular was rude and careless. On top of that, the food quality was poor — the coffee had sugar dumped at the bottom instead of being mixed properly, making it unpleasant to drink. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in both management and basic customer service.

I'm just going to keep posting these photos of untoasted sandwiches until they take two seconds to actually toast and prepare the food in a way that justifies the expense. Please note I have made this official complaint probably a dozen times. The food is always cold and cheese straight out of the cooler and plopped on an untoasted stale piece of English muffins. Thanks.

I never have ordered drive thru and after asking for my order I was cut off at 3 of 4 drinks ordered and asked to come into the store. I know times are an issue, but my time is also an issue. I wasted my time placing then having to park and go into the store, then to have other drivers that came after served first is NOT acceptable.
