Although the staff was somewhat friendly and the food was ok. The bathrooms were the dirtiest I've seen in quite sometime. Looked like the toilets and floors haven't been properly washed in months.

Stop on way from Windsor to Ottawa. Washroom was dirty, really dirty. We went and stood outside next to our truck to eat .

Tim Hortons used to be a clean and reliable place, but not anymore. The restroom was in terrible condition — dirty and completely neglected. I even took photos because it was shocking to see how low the standards have dropped.

It’s not just this location — I’ve noticed the same in other Tim Hortons as well. Very disappointing, and it makes me not want to stop here anymore.

The service here is extremely mediocre. The young lady who is the “supervisor” has an extremely unprofessional demeanour towards customers. One of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had here. Most definitely would recommend she undergoes customer service training.

Extremely unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru today. A lady handed us the wrong order, didn’t read our order and charged us for the car behind us.
Mistakes do happen but this supercharged lady got SUPER argumentative when we tried to understand what happened and if we can be refunded.
She in turn proceeded to say “it is your fault”.
Seriously!? Horrid

Oh yeah..and then she STILL continued to have an anger fit and waste our time.

Management of this location needs to re-evaluate and redo some training classes in professionalism for entitled and ill-mannered employee(s).

Awful customer service. Putting the blame on customers is the new way of becoming employees of the month here I guess. They need a refresher training. This happened at 11 in the morning( in case the manager gives a crap)

Visited this location on Saturday, August 23rd, around 11 AM, and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The girl at the window charged us for the car behind us, and when we brought it up, instead of fixing the issue calmly, another girl (likely a team lead) came over and made the situation worse. Her tone was extremely rude and dismissive, saying things like “If you didn’t hear us, you should’ve asked us to repeat the order” and “Do you guys want your three dollars or not?” shocking to hear from someone representing the business. A simple $3 mistake was handled with arrogance, aggression, and zero professionalism. On a busy Saturday morning, customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re at fault for staff errors. This location seriously needs better training in customer service and conflict handling.
