Ther service here is amazing. You order your coffee and it’s already rwady at the window. My favorite tim hortons by far and i drive truck all over ontario

When you go through the drive thru when someone asks for 2 cream no sugar but you get sugar in it it really wrecks your whole day.

Service was good today. It's a busy location and sometimes that's not the case, due to customer volumes at the drive thru and the counter, especially in the summer.
Dietary restrictions: Too bad for people with gluten issues; however, you do have almond milk for those with dairy issues. Thanks for that, at least.

Double double means 2 sugar and 2 cream... not 1 sugar and 8 cream... if the service was a little friendlier I wouldn'tve written this review.. today was the last day I will buy a coffee at tom hortons on hwy #7. Not much sense in reaching out to the customer care team... I'm just boycotting all tim hortons from now on... every fast food chain had gone downhill in the last 2 years... BRING canadian coffee shops back and some pride in their work will go a long way
