I think last time I checked English and French is our official languages. So ask the owner why the Indians working there are not speaking English? It's mind-blowing that this has to be addressed. This location has drastically gone downhill over the past year. Everytime I order my usual I have no idea what to expect. Typically I get a bagel toasted with butter, either it comes out with nothing on it or it has so much butter it's inedible. Today I got a bagel that looked like someone just crushed half of it.The drive thru staff also have no sense of patience. I get wanting to be quick, but stating here as I see you hand me things while I'm still putting my change or debit card away after paying is rude.

We ordered on skip the doshes and they completely messed up our order which we were them unable to eat because of dietary restrictions :( They added coffee to a non-caffeinated drink that was meant for someone with heart issues and couldn't drink caffeine, luckily the recognized in time before a medical episode happened! They also added dairy milk and whipped cream to a drink meant for someone lactose intolerant who requested no dairy. As well, they gave chicken noodle soup instead of cream of broccoli to a vegetarian. And gave the wrong type of donut as well. Normally I'm pretty tolerant if similar items get mixed up because I know it can happen. But blatantly ignoring dietary restrictions and almost causing health episodes is not acceptable. Someone now has to deal with an episode of painful stomach cramps and another person could have had a cardiac episode. I normally don't write bad reviews because I understand working in customer service is hard but this was just too much :(

Stop in here while traveling though the area and grabbed a coffee and Bagel BLT with no Mayo. I should of looked instead of assuming that what I ordered is actually what I got. Surprise, surprise when I'm kilometres down the road and bite into a BLT with Mayo. If it was not for the fact that I was kilometres down the road I would of gone back for a refund. I would recommend checking your order before leaving.

This location is always so dirty! I have tried many times, but they have yet to prove to me that they care at all about creating a clean and safe experience for their customers. The bathrooms are a disaster! Used tampons on the floor, poo smeared on the walls, and staff just standing around! Bathrooms should be checked just as often as fresh coffee is made, and I believe the coffee promise at Tim's is every 20 minutes. Such a convenient location, but not worth stopping. Try the next gas station on your route and save yourselves the terrible experience!

Great location for a Timmies. Although, we were a little disappointed that the storefront was closed.Drive thru was quick and friendly, but we were hoping to stop and have a seat for a meal.
With not one person eating in, not one table was clean and cold breakfast sandwich. This experience deserves a two star at best and a responsible manager.

Yet again, another Tim's that can't get the order straight. Ordered medium orange pekoe, bag in, milk & 1/2 sugar, 2 bran muffins. Got tea no milk & one bran muffin... either get better quality head sets or gave the staff repeat the order back. So annoying.

When I walked in I thought what a clean pretty Tim Hortons. It was prettily decorated for Christmas. Great friendly staff!!
