Wish i could give negative star, i ordered ice coffee with less ice and espresso foam but he did not add espresso foam instead he just use steam milk and add it on my coffee like literally, and even told me thats how they taught him to make espresso foam. Come on if you can’t give service like tim hortons and then dont run one.

Went in to get an iced coffee with almond milk and was given a iced coffee with cream and I’m lactose intolerant. I could also taste a shot of espresso in my coffee which I also had not asked for. The man who was doing all the drinks was moving at a snails pace. Not trying to be rude, but with previous experience in fast food, I’m surprised he’s still working there. And no I will not fill out a guest service form. Seems you guys always ask us to fill them out, yet nothing seems to be improving here. Obviously mistakes happen. But with how slow everything was moving, it just seemed like the drink guy didn’t care about doing his job.

It takes a minimum of 15-20 minutes waiting in line to get served at this location. Students are often pressed for time so it would be nice to have faster service. While I appreciate that staff are doing their best, the franchisee can add some self serve options. I appreciate having a Tim hortons on campus, but the time it takes to get served is way too long.

Trent’s Tim Hortons It’s almost as if the staff go slow because they don’t care how long the line is. I’ve never seen a Tim Hortons run so terribly in my life. The lines around the corner and the staff are laughing and joking around, moving at turtle speed.

I ordered a bagel and asked for cream cheese and bacon added. When I received my bagel I had 1 side of the bagel with a little cream cheese and 1 strip of bacon... I kindly asked to add more cream cheese and bacon and in return got lots of attitude and was snarkily told that is the portion. The women at the counter proceeded to give the bagel to another employee and they both continued to give me glares and attitude. It was early in the morning so there was no rush to add these to my order. Staff is disgustingly rude, unless you have a lot of patience I would reccomend the Tims off campus.

Hannah the barista is the best barista ever - she makes Starbucks style cold brews which is very nice, spritual and enjoyable - makes it exactly like the cold brews on TV and on the screens
The staff at this location are friendly and hard working! They had a big line and cleared it in minutes! Other locations need to take note from these staff members! Well done.

One person ahead of me this morning at 8:20 am. She walked away lady at the “order here” went to make a drink so I walked up to “order here” another lady opened the second “order here”and took the one person that just walked up…other order person never returned to the counter. Clearly they seen me standing there. Walked away after standing there for 5 minutes. Clearly lack of priority and organization regardless how many people they have on staff!
