Roll up the rim is going on. I ordered an extra large coffee. They ran out of roll up cups for the extra large but had some left in other sizes. They would not give me another size cup with a roll up during the event.

This should be the standard until the event is done or they are out of cups.

The only aspect of my experience that caused me to drop a star was the long lineups (which should tell you how popular Tim Hortons is!), but also the fact that I was charged 20 cents for a cup of water that (other than the ice the gave me) I had to fill with water myself!?

I am so disappointed with my order, I ordered L vanilla cream cold brew and the lady gave me L ice coffee instead. When I received my order, I asked again "is it brew" and they said oh yes it is. I mean how manipulative it is !! You can't just charge for anything!! They didn't even listen

I ordered a cold brew and one of the worker lied infront of me saying that my order sat there for a long time and my cold brew mixed itself when the reality is, I was waiting the whole time to pick it up. I saw her preparing it and it doesn’t look like cold brew at all, it looks more like iced coffee. Again, I wouldn’t be get mad if she just redo or not lied infront of me. Im not that stupid. Please tell your workers to be professional at all times.

Very slow not enough staff and never friendly … I get that it’s in a hospital but service should still be there .. care about mobile app orders verus people standing in line. They ignore you!

I ordered a food which was too salty and in edible. Bought it for a patient in PRHC and returned it. The staff didn’t even check if the product is salty and told all products are same and it’s not their problem. I have eaten flat bread cheese pizza before from other Tim Hortons and this was inedible. She didn’t want to even check the product and told in a way I have to adjust and it’s not their concern. I paid for the product. This is the worst service I have ever seen in any Tim Hortons in peterborough. I threw it right in front of her and came. This is not how you treat customers in a service industry.
