this is hands-down, the nicest Tim Hortons that I’ve ever been to the drive-through was spectacular. Customer service the food extravagant not to mention the girl who was at the window, had a supple bosom, and an excellent attitude. I would definitely recommend I’ll be back.

Just went through the drive through at this location August 28th @ 645pm to order drinks and food for myself and the family. My daughter decided she wanted to try the new Nutella croissant and loved it. Our son (3) decided to branch out and try it while we were waiting for our drinks and decided he wanted one. We asked the gentleman at the window if we could order another croissant and we were denied to order at the window. We were told we needed to come into the store or drive through again if we wanted to purchase another one. We were the only car in the drive thru, and we were still waiting on our drinks, there's absolutely no reason we couldn't add to our order.
It's sad that Tim Hortons has resorted to pushing people away from their franchise rather then celebrating the fact that a customer enjoyed their new product and making a sale. I will never return back to this location again as I have never encountered this at any other Peterborough location.
Thanks to the man who ruined the fact that my son finally branched out and wanted to try something new, just be rejected. Do better.

This location must be new. everything is spotless, including the washrooms which is so important! lol. Every single staff member was friendly, made eye contact and smiled...so rare these days!! Food and beverage were made well, hot and delicious. Lots of nice details inside, well decorated, donuts displayed beautifully. Overall an excellent experience and refreshing these days for a quick stop location

Me and my daughter ( who’s 2) stop here every weekday morning. The staff are absolutely amazing. Even when they are super busy they still take the time to connect with the customers which is extremely rare to find now. We will continue to go( even if I’m the one that ends up eating the timbits)

Wheelchair accessibility: The building is completely accessible. There is even an accessible washroom.
