Tim Hortons was really good. I purchased a box of pastries using the "Too Good To Go" app which lets you buy products in bulk at a discount because they either didn't sell or expire soon. In my box I paid $4.99 and got a bagel, donut, 2 muffins, 5 cookies, 5 timbits, cheese tea biscuit, and a chocolate Danish. None of them were stale at all. I'm gonna be using this app much more often .

The access to and from Chandler Street is narrow and winding. The exit has an easily hit concrete curb that juts into the lane. Evidenced by the tire marks on it many have contacted it. This obstruction should be removed. Wheels and tires can be damaged. See photo.When entering the lot and approaching the drive-through lane, the sign, indicating where the lane is, is pointing in the wrong direction. Should we choose to follow that arrow to the left rather than the right you would drive into a stonewall eventually. However, if you do, ignore that and turn right, and then look at the sign , when you are beside in the drive-through lane, you will see that it does more of us make sense.Once again, look at the photographs attached.The coffee is good. The service is great. The whole place is poorly designed outside unfortunately.

The worst customer service in drive thru. I know how my drink is made so I ask for it made that way and the attitude from the person taking my order was astounding. Wouldn’t even let me finish speaking. Told me my total before I was done ordering. It took them 2 minutes to open the window when I was the only one in drive thru. I then had to ask if my drink was made correctly because it didn’t taste like it was and it felt extremely light compared to what it should be. Definitely do not think I’ll be returning to this location that was so uncalled for and can be prevented.

I understand that it’s a new location and I’ve tried to be patient. Recently I feel like drive through is slower and the food quality is concerning. Ive received drinks that are only 3/4 full and breakfast wraps pressed like a panini and totally BURNT. I don’t mind crispy but this was a complete waste since I couldn’t even eat it.

Ran in for a dozen donuts at 7pm tonight was greeted with a welcome to Tim hortons. They were putting out fresh donuts staff was beyond friendly place was spotless. My new favourite location.

Do not bother ordering in the app. Staff here always seem surprised when you come in for a mobile order. Out of the last ten orders I have done this way, not one has been even looked at. Twice the order was completely wrong. I have never once come in and it was ready or being prepared. I always have to ask and they go over to their screen and there it is. Then wait 10 minutes for them to prepare even just two bagels. I have already tried the desired route and have spoken to the manager and head office and they say they will take care of it. Not a staff problem here, it’s a management problem. If you are in a hurry, find another Tom’s.

I wish the food counter employees could at least follow simple directions. I always ask for a double toasted English muffin at the drive thru and very rarely does it happen.

Compared to other Tim Hortons, this one is amazing. I used to work at one 17 years ago and generally the service and quality has declined but this one gave me faith in the brand. The service was prompt and friendly, the design of the dining room was modern and clean, and the food was as ordered. A pet peeve of mine is when they don’t toast my bagel properly to maintain speed of service. The employee, when I said triple toasted, was sure to verbally tell her colleague how I wanted my bagel and made me feel like it was no bother at all. It’s really too bad that they didn’t offer plates and mugs and produces an unnecessary amount of waste.
