The tables were not clean and the cashier was rude as well as didn’t get whipped topping for my ice cap when after I specifically told her to have a whipped topping on my vanilla ice cap. I am very disappointed and never coming back to this Tim Hortons.

If your not in the drive thru don't expect to get served in a timely manner. Was there 15min 1 person in front of us and never got served. 3 people running drive thru though!!

Do not have breakfast items at 845 am food is cold, employees do not listen to orders and serve sloppy food. For the cost they should start caring more about there product. Not impressed never going back ill drive the entra 5 min to Coffee time they have better quality, price and its actually warm.

We love this location at 721 Ashburnham It is beautiful since renovation. We come here almost daily for our afternoon tea and coffee It is very clean here which is very important to us. Brian is always polite and friendly . Kim goes out of her way to keep this location looking good. She always says hello. All the staff here are super friendly and kind. We really enjoy going there almost daily......and I think the tall lady is Lisa but not sure. She is excellent at keeping the front moving well But Kim and Brian are the best.
Very new and clean. I can smell the new renovation smell here.

Food was same as any Timmy's but the staff were not so good. The younger ones acted like I was bothering them to take my order and had attitude to spare. To bad really cause that hurts the store. Young worker need to learn respect before dealing with the public.
