I use the drive-through and picked up one of your new Bailey’s ice Coffee and took it home. It was so bitter and terrible tasting I know what Baileys syrup without liquor taste like because I’ve had it before and this was the worst one I’ve ever had. I don’t think the servers knew how to prepare it.

Bought a french vanilla this morning, and it tasted like water with cream. Now, I've had this issue before at this same location. I ended up throwing out said french vanilla and went to a different location where I asked why does it taste like that sometimes, and the answer was DISGUSTING. It's from NOT cleaning the machine. That has to be a health concern. No? This Monaghan location is the WORST for serving old gross food, and apparently, they don't know how to clean their coffee/drink machines. I'll never be back again! If I could give zero stars, I would! Maybe my concerns should be forwarded to the food health and safety department.

I visited there (favorite coffee place) today after a long time, as it’s the best spot to get my favorite coffee. I ordered the usual, but this time it didn’t taste right—something seemed off. I went back and informed them about the issue, and Emily kindly assisted me by preparing a fresh coffee, which tasted just right. A big thanks to Emily.
