This has happened before and usually I’m in too much of a rush to get to work so I don’t have time to complain but today was different. I use the app a lot and activated the special at the Monaghan rd location. It was the Breakfast sandwich, hash brown and coffee for $6.00. I specifically told the young lady that took my order what special I was asking for as it was on my app and was activated. She informed me that the biscuits were no longer available and it would have to be an English muffin. Not a big deal
And I told her it was the special for $6.00 on the App. I Was in the drive through came up to the widow and got my order and behold there was no hash brown. So instead of holding up the line I parked my car and walked in to talk to someone about it. That’s when I met a very rude lady. It started ok but she then said I had to specify what special when ordering which I told her I did and she walked away from me to talk to a manager. I said i just wanted my hash brown and that the price was wrong. Not a big deal it’s only a buck. She went back and spoke to the manager and gave me attitude so I asked who were the franchise owners. I said to her I knew a few. She replied look it up and said I had an attitude and walked away?
Instead of arguing I walked out and said I will be contacting them. The funny thing is I knew Brian when he owned it years ago and he was a great guy but I was not sure if the family still owned it after his passing or if it was corporate.
All i I wanted to do was contact the owners directly and not go through social media. I’m not a fan of google reviews but this is what I’m for forced to do. I know retail is difficult these days and I’m not looking to get anyone in trouble but there was no reason for her attitude at all.
So the old adage is true I don’t get mad I just go away. I’m not a kid either I’m 61 and have been going to that location for as long as it’s been open. Just thought you should know.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Tim Hortons. I ordered a white hot chocolate and was shocked to find a piece of plastic inside the drink. This is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern. I trusted Tim Hortons for quality and cleanliness, but this experience has left me questioning their standards. Finding foreign objects in food or drinks is not only unpleasant but also dangerous. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their quality control. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Got every item in my order wrong. Seemed inconvenienced and literally huffed when I wanted to order more than one thing, had to clarify 3 things times and they still gave the wrong thing. Weren’t friendly at the window either. Didn’t have time to turn back once I realized my order was incorrect, so I had to go to a different location to fix everything.

I just witnessed this location take 9 and a half minutes to pour a double double for the older gentleman behind me in line. The young man upfront was more focused on last night's UFC fight and talking with a customer he know. I got my bagel and hashbrown after that man's coffee.

Went in on Labour Day to get a coffee. Watched a 'new Canadian' employee reach in with BARE HANDS and start taking out donuts from the display! I told her to stop touching the food with her bare hands, and she just stared at me, not understanding. After expressing my disgust, I had a foreign worker try to tell me that it won't happen again. Sure, it won't, shake my head. BOYCOTT

I was in the drive thru ordering my food. Night staff wasn’t even acknowledging me. He was rude no greeting he didn’t ask anything else. His tone was rude while handling food he made a weird face. He didn’t even reply to my thank you

I use the drive-through and picked up one of your new Bailey’s ice Coffee and took it home. It was so bitter and terrible tasting I know what Baileys syrup without liquor taste like because I’ve had it before and this was the worst one I’ve ever had. I don’t think the servers knew how to prepare it.
