Basic Tim's experience, nothing special. Drive thru staff have always been friendly.

Need to fix the drive-through speaker and mic the employee could not clearly hear and we had to repeat the same thing multiple times just for them to hear us and even then they stated they still couldn't fully hear us

Coffee was drinkable. Bagel what a joke. Toast your bagels. I know your drive thru times want you to throw your garbage at at. But at least toast a bagel , almost 4 bucks for a cold untoated bagel. Its fast food. Not rocket since lazy tims employees.

Impossible to get in or out. Virtual nightmare. Avoid at all cost. You can get crappy food at any time hortons in peterborough...no need to endure that hot mess.

I just wanted to share how much I appreciate the great service at this Tim Hortons. Every time I visit, my order is made perfect I came in Saturday afternoon young lady took my order very friendly and enthusiastic loved the smile she made my day I came into order a coffee large double double she started talking how cold the weather is the cutest thing I’ve heard made my day this girl said to me she said it’s very cold outside why don’t you have a donut with your coffee she said a sweet tasty donut will warm you up on a cold winter day that was the sweetest thing I’ve heard i ended up getting a donut with my coffee. If I’m correct I believe her name tag said Jess. I would also like to thank Dylan his name tag said for the wonderful service on my coffee he was very polite .

everything bagel double toasted with extra butter and herb and garlic cream cheese. Lacking on all aspects. Drive through took 10 min or more

Stopped in to have a bite and study when a big altercation happened where two employees were screaming at each other. The one employee bad mouthed a customer (who I guess is the other employees mother) to other costumers and started the loud argument with the other employee who was upset about her mother being bad mouthed when literally all the costumer did was come in to buy timbits. The employee that started the argument was very loud, unprofessional and just unpleasant to be around which made the whole establishment, unpleasant and uncomfortable to be around. That is why I will not be returning to this Tim hortons and won’t recommend it to others

On Dec 03rd 2025. I ordered from this Tim Hortons and the handoff to the delivery driver was unacceptable. The order was tossed/throw to the driver instead of being handed over properly. It came across as careless and disrespectful. Basic professionalism was missing, and it made the whole experience feel negative. Handling food and customers, even through delivery drivers, should be done with more care.

I use to come to this location almost everyday but last two experiences have been very bad. I ordered specifically veggie wraps but instead once I got chicken no worries happens sometimes. I contacted store got it replaced. Good!! But this time I got something I couldn’t quite name it wasn’t chicken but red meat! I’m a pure vegetarian and I don’t even eat eggs let alone any kind of meat and getting chicken and all in my wraps. Like really? Definitely not want to come here again!! I literally had to throw more than half of my wrap. Total money wastage!!!!
This is not a casual review — this is a formal escalation of how unprofessional this location’s service was. I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo because the posted deal required a sandwich, a caffeinated drink, and a hash brown. Only after taking my order was I told they were out of hash browns and that the offer wouldn’t be honored.
When I asked what alternatives were available, the staff member responded with clear attitude and refused to list the donut options. This wasn’t a busy moment — it was a lack of basic customer service.
I’m not letting this incident slide. I will be escalating this with Tim Hortons corporate and franchise management until this location is held fully accountable for how customers are treated. This level of disrespect from staff is unacceptable at any store, and it needs immediate correction.

A lady working at front counter name starts from C i think as name wasn’t proper. She seems to be tired of working there and needs atleast 1000 days of rest. Waited in line for 10 mins to order the food and then waited another 15 mins. For the food and If i asked abt it She almost lost her control on me. At the same time someone asked twice if they can open the washroom and her response was you can go somewhere else for the washroom. Lady its tims hortons and not your own kitchen.

I was very disappointed when I got Christmas smiley cookies, and to receive instead is chocolate chip cookies with frosting instead. Unfortunately got it on mobile order and picked it up in person at counter, I appreciated the workers grabbing it for me and understanding that I forgot to pick it up before hand (I showed my mobile receipt and receipt on my banking app)
