All Tim Hortons franchises unfortunately are going down hill fast due to tertiary service and dirty restaurants. My experience at the one in Lansdowne place just now was very sad. Employee was extremely rude with everyone. As we were all waiting for our orders a young guy walked up to the counter and she was all smiles and prepared a coffee for him and he walked away then promptly came back and they chatted in a foreign language. The customer before me asked her to fill his coffee as it was only 3/4 full. She rolled her eyes but did as asked. All of our coffees were placed on a counter no acknowledgement from her as to what they were. When I pointed to one that looked like it might be mine and asked if it was mine. She rolled her eyes and very rudely just said yes. Are we becoming a world that just accepts bad service now?

My husband order a large Tea with Milk, 1/2 sugar, one bag in one bag out. They put two bags in the first attempt,.The second attempt they didn't add the milk. The third attempt was a black steeped tea. This is not the first time they have messed up my tea order. Last weeke order a bagel with butter, they didn't butter it instead they put the butter in the side. If I wanted to do the work myself I would of kept my money. Your service is getting worse and worse I can't even drink your coffee it is so gross.

Honestly probably the worst Tim Hortons in Peterborough. I don’t think I’ve ever had a order right. I asked for an ice coffee with caramel churro and cane and it taste like they only put caramel churro. When I specified both. I don’t think the Tim Hortons workers know proper build for specific sizes or what they difference is between flavoured iced coffees and iced coffees with a shot of something else. And this isn’t the first time. It’s every time. Honestly at this point I should just know better and not go there even out of convenience.

The app ordered things that are not in stock, I’m told 40 minutes late and had to wait 10 more minutes because the app will gladly charge my card fir the order but the counter will not refund the same credit card, it’ll decline. Wasted 50 minutes to get back my money in cash. Uninstalling the app permanently.

My new fav Timmies location! The people here are hella nice, actually know how to make a coffee / iced coffee / ice Capp properly! Saved my caffine addicted ass - I much prefer this location over the location right next to my work. Shout out to Tyler who makes my day most days!
I’m not one to complain, I understand people make mistakes but I’m getting very disappointed.
I ordered an ice cap made with chocolate milk, the lady made a normal one. Not a big deal, told her I didn’t order it with cream. She proceeded to argue I didn’t and huffed and puffed about it.
I also ordered chipotle chicken wraps, since I was in a hurry I didn’t check them. Apparently I should have. The wraps were soaked in ranch! Like dripping everywhere. The lettuce was bad too!
I don’t have high expectations for Tim Hortons but I do expect it to be edible.

This Tim Hortons is just down right terrible in so many ways. Staff is always polite but the things that go on in this restaurant is so unpleasant I went in the other day with my 8 year old son and my 3 year old daughter, had to watch two homeless people sleeping on tables clearly on drugs, scared my kids and myself. I’ve also taught my kids not to use those bathroom because I’ve seen alot of needles in them. Everytime my wife goes in And gets a coffee there police or security are there. Do better.

I stopped by the drive-through at Tim Hortons yesterday early morning and had a great experience. The line moved quickly, the staff were friendly, and my order was accurate and fresh. My coffee was made perfectly and the breakfast sandwich was hot and tasty. Even during a busy time, the service was efficient. Definitely one of the better drive-through experiences I’ve had!
