The last two visits to this location, my coffee, 2 large double doubles, were very weak and undrinkable. Literally like creamy water. I think they must be brewing the same grounds twice or not using enough grounds per pot. The quality is not like it used to be.

EDIT her name is kirdara or somthing Absolutely RUDE and should be fired. Cant handle pressure of orders and falls behind and blames customers,And workers.
This is now third time dealing with her and I just recommend going to a other timmies if u have a big order.
Her big ego and useless running around takes over her... all she does is scream asking for help. Truly she needs deeper help. Im sorry that timhortons has fallen so low to hire just anyone that applies.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and ordered a medium double-double hot coffee. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The first coffee I received was not hot at all—it was closer to room temperature and could be consumed like water. When I brought this up, the crew remade the coffee. However, the replacement was still only warm, not truly hot as expected. After leaving the store and driving a short distance, I found that the coffee had cooled down completely to room temperature, making it undrinkable. I ended up throwing it away. Additionally, the sugar was not blended properly, which further impacted the quality. While I did notice that the store itself was clean and well-staffed, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. A hot coffee should be served at the proper temperature, and I expected the same level of quality I’ve experienced at other Tim Hortons locations.
I don't know what is with Tim Hortons in Peterborough right now but every single one of the stores is putting way too much cream in their double doubles. My double double should not just tastes like cream.
