Worst place to get food or coffee. It is 330 on Christmas Eve. They don't have signs posted saying they're closed. Nor the day's tell us it was closed. They just kept the window closed and the manager. That was working told the girl not to open it. And what's this very rude in ignorant

I've been coming here since this location was first built. Staff has always been great and always come to the window to say "hi" to my dog. Great people and as for the food... it's Tims. Straight forward menu that everyone knows.

No staff here at this location speaks English. The supervisor is super rude and threatens to not serve you if she's not able to understand you.
Worst customer service.... can't understand or speak English... like seriously... hire local kids... all tim hortons are going down. 2nd part... girl with a difficult to understand accent doesn't know what the Halloween drink and she threatened to refuse service as she's a supervisor... had to explain myself 5 times to her and she still didn't understand... wow at nobody that speaks English there.

Now I don't normally leave reviews but after what I experienced at this Tim's I feel the need. Awful staff with terrible attitudes. After a mistake a worker made with forgetting to charge the right ammount I had stopped and asked to come pay inside(instead of judt taking off with the free items)where I was met with yelling from a manager both demeaning me while demanding that I back up and risk crashing into another car for their mistake. After I paid for the chrage they forgot to add; the staff then tried to demand the items be returned and instead of apologizing for the appalling and childish behaviour they ran into the back office to hide. Disgusting behaviour from managers that shouldn't be allowed to interact with any customers and definitely shouldn't be in charge of developing the skills of their workers.

I called last week spoke to a couple of rude Managers when looking for clarification as to why English Breakfast tea was removed … again… from the menu. Instead of removing items such as English Breakfast tea from the menu… why not charge more since it’s ’not a popular tea’ Why should we pay to treat ourselves to a tea we dont like? I asked for the owner to call me still waiting… on the upside, now I don’t have to go back each time I get my black coffee with either milk, sugar or both ‘ mistakenly added…won’t be back there arena y other Tim’s around
