Purchased 50 Tim bits at the drive through asking for assorted. Half were plain with no taste. Will boycott this location from now on. Person at the drive through seemed more attentive to the girl in the back. Very disappointing experience.

Sorry but the donuts were stale and it was 3:00pm when my son and I order a breakfast sandwich the egg was going grey because they had sat in the hot hold inserts too long the garbage needed to be desperately emptied and a lot of the tables had not been wiped down.

December 5th.
Again the 1 red head squeaky voice employee keeps putting my food in oven to heat when it should be the microwave. She needs to be put in her place as her and 2 other staff yelled at me for wanting my order right. I pay for it. Make it how I like it please not your way.
Photo included is from 1 day when I was told there was so much extra cream that it couldn't be mixed properly!!!!! Im not dumb and get them daily. Do your job properly. Its not just a pay check. People pay for their orders and expect them to be made right.

-10 stars. Manager's run the store instead of owner. Manager's let personal opinions get in the way of doing their jobs.

2 Staff argued that they added extra cream that im charged extra for was added to my ice cap when it clearly had not been. They stated that I do this daily when that is not the case and actually tried stop using this location due to the rude nature of the managers and supervisors. I get these drinks multiple times daily from this location and others and its only this location that I previously worked for. That the staff keeps harrassing me when I state my order is wrong. They have lied and blatenly called me a problem causer because i would like my order how it should be. All 3 manager's and assistant manager are fighting with customers instead of just fixing the order. I didnt know the owners allowed their staff to consistently talk down to customers when the are told the order is wrong. Also why am I being charged for extra cream are you charging .50 per extra shot of cream to everyone who orders over a double double? This is discrimination and unfair price gouging if its not happening for all the drinks.

Asked for my tea buscuit to be heated. In the microwave as for some reason they have been doing it in the oven which does not get it as hot without toasting it.
I was scolded today by a red/blond hair woman manager employee at the drive through window. and told by her she was not doing this everyday. Just heat it in the damn microwave! Do your job not your opinion. When I worked there you definitely did not get away with talking to customers like that. When the specify how they would like there order.

Constantly getting orders not being right. Lack of quality lack of care for the job. Especially in the new staff recently disrespectful attitude toward customera when customers order isn't made correct. Shove multiple donuts in bags so the stick togethed and puts muffins on top of them????
Maybe non messy items should go in bags together but decorated donuts smooshed together in a bag? Isnt that money loss for the company? When customer asks for replacements and this is happening almost daily.

If I could give zero I would. Everytime I come here there’s an issue with my order, whether they charged me for the wrong thing, forgot to include things or just flat out don’t listen. Went there most recently and ordered a head, when I got there what I ordered a sausage farmers wrap (everything was burnt to shit and dry, not edible) and it wasn’t even on a warp they just threw it in the packaging. If you want what you actually ordered don’t go here

So in 2 days . I've gotten 2 pumpkin muffins... with no filling in them at all.
Your app is terrible..... you can't see a menu while in the app
Also you need lots of points to redeem.
Take a look at Starbucks app !
So much easier to navigate.
