Poor experience today, a 30 minutes delay while ordering inside. Arrival, we were 2nd in line and ordered very quickly. Yet food took so long. Ordered a bacon farmed wrap with no egg - and I got without Bacon too!?!!
Rush arrived while I was trying to get a remake and they pushed their insane mixup back for others that came after us.
I had to speak with two different male employees for the remake to actually be in progress. I said no egg bacon farmers, twice, when they gave me my remake I asked to confirm and she said yes. I drive down the road and it had egg on it! I could have been allergic and bit into it.
The 3rd wrap remake was actually very speedy as I think they actually prioritized after two fails. But when I went in for the third time again another customer was also on a 20 minutes wait for their wrap and another customer was complaining about the poor food quality of a sandwich. It felt unorganized 100% just after Noonish.
Normally I have issues with the wraps never being fully grilled (no grill marks) but to get a wrap with no meat at all was a bad oversight.

Come here often for coffees and breakfast but for some reason despite the website saying Tim Hortons accepts AMEX, as well as the app allowing it as a scan and pay option they refuse to accept the payment and demand another card type. Disappointing and will be using a different coffee shop going forth due to this issue.

I picked up a dozen donuts from Tim Hortons today, and every single Boston Cream had no custard inside. Just empty donuts with chocolate on top. When we called the store, all we got was a casual “oh sorry, we were training someone,” as if that excuses selling unfinished products.
What made it worse is that I had a bunch of disappointed kids expecting a treat. Not cool at all.
The lack of customer service was just as frustrating — no offer to take my name, no replacement, no attempt to fix the mistake. Just a quick sorry and that was it.
Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. A simple replacement would’ve gone a long way. I definitely won’t be rushing to this location anytime soon.

Went there today, order 2 medium chai lattes with pumpkin cold foam and 20 pack of Timbits. They gave me 2 small regular chai’s and i said that I ordered 2 mediums with pumpkin cold foam. They then gave me 2 medium regular chais again. I wasn’t going to wait so I took them and drove off. Not happy

While the food was ok, the service was a bit lacking. Had to stand in line for like 5-10 minutes just to order because they were slow in serving. Should have had more than just the one cashiers on when there was a lineup. Also, their garbage was so full it was overflowing on to the floor. That in itself is disgraceful and disgusting. Should have someone, one of the extra people behind the counter, empty them..!

I've always had really good experiences at this location. I know some of the stuff and they are great. We do a Pay It Forward event each year and I went in there today to bring our money and pay it forward cards in, I know it might be a little bit annoying for the staff but the manager Leah handled it with ease! Not only did Tim Hortons end up with a lot of happy clients today, we are very happy with how our Christmas contribution played out.

Order a medium iced coffee with the rest of my order and it taste like I just got a regular iced coffee and the iced coffee itself taste like it’s so diluted one of the worst iced coffees I’ve ever had
