I've always had really good experiences at this location. I know some of the stuff and they are great. We do a Pay It Forward event each year and I went in there today to bring our money and pay it forward cards in, I know it might be a little bit annoying for the staff but the manager Leah handled it with ease! Not only did Tim Hortons end up with a lot of happy clients today, we are very happy with how our Christmas contribution played out.

Order a medium iced coffee with the rest of my order and it taste like I just got a regular iced coffee and the iced coffee itself taste like it’s so diluted one of the worst iced coffees I’ve ever had

We love this location. It's worth waking up a bit early for work so we can stop here first! No matter how busy they are, our order is always ready in the time it takes us to get from speaker to window.
Aimee and the team are so great to deal with, Atlas gives us dirty looks if we dare skip a morning seeing his friends!

I really like the restaurant probably the best in peterborough. My only problem comes from one of the workers, it's this small ginger man who keeps licking his lips. Normally I'm down but it was a little bit uncomfortable when he followed me in to the bathroom. Other than that GREAT SERVICE 👍🏽

Dietary restrictions: They're salads taste like shit and dead rats, but other then that they are decent
Parking: I usually have to park across the street and walk over
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids, they are even allowed to eat inside the restaurant which you don't see much. My 7 year old very much enjoyed eating with me rather then waiting in the car for me to finish.

This place is speedy and on fire lately going through the drive thru. Staff are alot more friendly, bubbly and kind now. You can tell when good owners take over good changes come and changes for the better. This place is looking alot nicer. Manager running the place clearly knows what she's doing. Customers fill this place daily. So much variety in product. Those pizzas are mmmm delicious 😋 never thought I'd say that in a tim hortons. Keep up the good work guys!!

Since new owners and management have taken over the quality has dropped significantly. They lost most of the old staff and it shows. The new manager is extremely rude and the way she talks to the staff is disgusting, no wonder they've lost so many good employees. Also leaving a bunch of positive fake reviews within a 24 hour span of time is poor business development. Your own manager, Aimee Davis, left a 5 star review for herself using her REAL name and the owners responded to it. Pretty sad you are having a your own staff do fake reviews to try and make up for poor performance.
