I want to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have experienced at one of your locations. I frequently order an iced coffee with extra cane syrup and espresso foam as part of my routine before heading to class. However, multiple times (approximately 3-5 times), my order has been incorrect.
1. Espresso Foam Not Provided – Today, I was served by an employee named Adam, and instead of espresso foam, I was given whipped topping. When I pointed this out, I was still provided with the wrong item instead of being informed that espresso foam was unavailable.
2. Extra Cane Syrup Mishandled – Rather than adding the extra cane syrup directly to my iced coffee, I was given a separate cup with syrup pumps in it, which is not how I expected my order to be prepared.

This has happened multiple times, and I believe better communication is needed. If an item is unavailable, I would appreciate being informed rather than receiving an unannounced substitution.

I have attached a screenshot for reference. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for myself and other customers.

The two ladies working here are really rude ,they make a mistake and dont even own up for that , instead they always throw attitude. Im a daily customer , its been more than a year, but they still didnt learn how to give customer service. They should learn from the students working with them. If you dont wanna work then just dont work but dont let customers change their mind to come to tims.

On Thursday evening, February 20, 2025, I visited Tim Hortons and had a really unpleasant encounter. The service was extremely slow because the student employees were more focused on chatting in their mother tongue than attending to customers efficiently. There was a long queue, and instead of managing it properly, they seemed to enjoy their conversations while ignoring the fact that customers were waiting.

Additionally, I noticed a lack of professionalism in appearance; some employees did not wear name tags, and male staff members did not wear beard nets, raising hygiene concerns. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, it felt like the staff didn't care at all.

I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that employees follow proper hygiene protocols, wear name tags, and communicate professionally in English to maintain efficiency and respect for all customers.

Waited over 15 minutes for a bagel, in that time I watched the woman on the food station (she had her glasses taped together) cough into the open food at least 3 times. When u got my food, it didn't have half the stuff i ordered and paid for.

They gave me the wrong food after waiting for 10 mins and it didn’t even have the chicken I ordered. Herd the pink haired woman yell at her fellow employees and say they where out of what I ordered with out informing me and just giving me the wrong product

I had to wait for my order to got wraps for 15 to 20 minutes in line and the one of their employee said that we are preparing just eggs but they have to prepare their all stuff prior to take order and our coffee got cold till we wait for our wraps and the coffee was not filled properly.

They don’t give receipts they just collect and keep it with themselves , winter hours are too bad

They are usually nice here. Recently, they messed up my order, and I asked if they could remake it. They said no because I had already touched the cup, which wasn't true. I had used an unusable cup, so when they pour The coffee I saw was black, then they said they could give me on-side sugar and cream, but I explained that sugar clumps up and it's not enough unless they make it, and they just said no.

Can't believe that's the experience I am getting from the college campus. Went to order coffee for me and friends and after completing the order waiting for payment. And ask why my payment is not successful as a responsible customer but the girl was so arrogant and rolling eyes like showing an attitude that doesn't feel like getting the service that is needed.
In that just less than one minute of interaction that's what we are getting.

They don't even know how to prepare drinks. They just do it casually and give it to customers. There is no quality in this one as compared to other tim hortons branches.

I really appreciate the services that the staff at tim providing, specifically The supervisor Mamta she handled her customers very kindly. I really like to sit there and enjoy the French vanilla with my friends.

One of my friend came with me to visit the campus , to take admission in fleming for project management . We went to take a coffe in tims . The lady with spects ( young lady ) was soo arrogant with me and my friend . 90% of the customers in the tim are students , and they are soo arrogant towards students . Tooo bad . Management should take actions againist this . This is ssoooooo bad . Poor service . No customer satisfaction .

So disappointing service ' arrogant.They have never talked nicely as it we have asked something for free. If we dont know something about menu,its their responsibility to let us know.We are paying for it , atleast we can expect some kindness from them.Very bad
