I’m really disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. Every time I visit, there’s an issue — either the coffee machine or the debit card machine isn’t working. On top of that, my orders are often incomplete even though I provide clear instructions. The staff don’t seem attentive, and the overall service feels very poor. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons based on my experiences.

I visit this Tim Hortons almost every day through the drive-thru, and the service is always quick and efficient. My order is always accurate, and on the rare occasion there’s a mistake, they fix it right away with no hassle.
The iced coffee is always perfect, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty.
Only wish the portions were a bit bigger—but overall, excellent experience every time!

Everyone is so friendly at the Crawford location. When I go there for my lunch. They know me by my name. They are very fast at there job. Great atmosphere. I love it there. 🙂

The staff will make eye contact, but will ignore its customers. I understand training is required for new employees, but customer acknowledgment goes along way when waiting to have your order taken.
