Usually pretty good but it can be a hit or miss on things getting toasted when they should be and coffee being made correctly.

Your front counter staff needs more help in the mornings. They get swamped and nobody's willing to come help them.

This is normally my favorite location but the last two times i have been here my order has been messed up. Now I can't contact anyone. As soon as I hit contact it boots me out. Maybe someone could resch out? Ordered a bagel belt combo and they forgot the lettuce and tomato :(

Slow service i mean no one showed up to take the order , afterward they made the order wrong. I just want to say drive little ahead and pass this tom hortons. Even the manager on shift was making faces when i said the order is wrong. Worst experience ever 👎🏻

Made a detour here, well worth it. However the order was without cheese & was not followed. Next time important to listen to special orders.

The customer service is not at all friendly, they make face never smile i was here early morning I was ordering my food at the counter her name was khadija who was not at all nice(she didnt even smile and had a look as if she was doing a favour on me when she was serving) , and she made a mistake she gave a doughnut and it was not the right order we requested her to change it she used a tissue and put it back in the display which is against food policy you have to throw it in this case.
I request that atleast have a smile it can make a customers day.

Tim Hortons guest care is absolutely no help
Went through the drive-through ordered two large teas and a large coffee as well as two sausage egg farmers wraps with the coupon that was on the app 2-$7
When we got to the window I was handed a few incorrect things like an extra large coffee and only one Breakfast wrap, Then was told I would get a refund at the window and the lady scanned my scan and pay again which led me to get charged twice 2 completely different amounts. And then was told I had to wait a few business days to get a callback from the store manager to start a refund process or I could just get it back on a gift card instantly. Have been told I have to contact them online for mobile issues (scan and pay). Now it’s the 31st of October, Issue happened on the 15th of October and still no refund. But my points from those transactions were taken off my app
Neither of the 2 amounts I was charged equal out to the total of what I ordered.
Have been and still am in contact with the support team 16 days later and still no refund. Have called the toll free number and even been emailed and still nothing.
Very disappointing that a huge company such as Tim Hortons can not get me a refund of $30.71

Drive-thru was closed with no posted signage, so we had to go in. Girl at the counter wasn't listening when I checked if our rewards had appeared on the order and said yes even though the order was wrong. I stepped back in line with the same young woman who took the original order, politely explained what had happened and tried to re-order correctly. She attempted to rush me and nearly messed up the order again. All I asked for was 2 medium ice Capps. No changes or add-on's. She rolled her eyes when I corrected her to add the second one on as if I was being rude to her. Extremely poor attitude management and very slow service.

Grabbed a French vanilla on our way out of town. Only to see my large is filled less than a medium. These drinks are almost 4 dollars now. Could at least fill the cup all the way.

I came after 7pm as they were mopping the lobby. The girl had already mopped the bathroom but the toilet and sink looked so unclean. The front counter isn’t very friendly. The workers in the morning are very friendly.

Ordered through drive through, worker had 0 customer service skill. No manners whatsoever, no please thanks or your welcome. Through the drive through window you could see trash and food waste littering the floor, as if it hadn't been clean for a couple days. Order for one of the beverages was wrong as well. Better to go elsewhere.

I have been inside several times when they are short handed, a couple of the ladies are running around doing 2/3 jobs at one time. Great job keep up the great service.
