Very upsetting. I ordered a blt on white. Bread was burnt and smashed. The one piece lettuce was wilting and moldy at the top. And got one piece of bacon cut into 3 strips.

This is the cleanest and most pleasant Tim Hortons I've ever visited! Everything shines, the glass is spotless, and the tables and kitchen are immaculate.
We stopped here on our way from Newmarket to Peterborough, and I’m so glad we did. We got sandwiches, coffee, tea and a pack of Timbits.
What an exceptional experience! My faith in this brand is renewed.

shout out to the guy who gave me that pizza
This was my first time inside this Tim Horton's, I was waiting at the register for service for a few minutes, employees were coming to the display to get items and no one acknowledged me, not even a smile. Finally an employee came over and asked if she could help me, then proceeded to tell me I was at the wrong register. There was a gentleman standing in front of the other register, and being I had never been in there before I did not know there was a second register. When she finally took my order there was no apology for no one acknowledging me. It seems the drive thru, which was busy was more important then customers who chose to come inside the store. Having worked in customer service for many years and still work in it, my first response would have been to smile at the customer then apologize for the wait or not greeting the customer. Overall just not a great experience. There are so many locations in Peterborough. I will not go back to this location. Better training of employees might be in order.

We stopped by after a long day of travelling to get something to eat. We were greeted by Moses who was very kind and paid special attention to my daughter as she picked out her favorite treat. It was very busy in the store but he took those extra few moments to make sure what we ordered was correct and we had everything we needed. Great customer service!

My roommate and I are regulars at this Tim Hortons and come here every single morning. We always order 2 simply sausages, 2 hash browns and 2 drinks. We order simply sausages because one of us doesn’t eat egg and the other has an egg allergy - not that I should have to explain this as it’s a menu item that should just be available.
Over the past couple of weeks, our order has been messed up in a variety of ways. For example, one time we got eggs on our sandwiches and didn’t realize until we got home. Another time, we weren’t given a second drink, and when we brought this to the attention of the drive thru employee, he very rudely said as if it was my fault “we didn’t charge you for 2 drinks.” I told him that was fine and that I would pay for the second drink, but I genuinely didn’t understand the attitude.
Today we came through the drive thru and ordered our usual. Due to previous errors, we always check our bag in the drive thru to make sure our order is correct. Unfortunately, our sandwiches both had egg on the and there were no hash browns in the bag. We once again brought this to the attention of the employee (the same one that gave us attitude before) and we were immediately met with a nasty attitude. In a very sarcastic tone, he turned to his coworkers in front of us and said “apparently they ordered hash browns,” and proceeded to go rip the egg off of the sandwiches and hand them back to us. He once again said he did not charge us for hash browns and so we had to then pay for them after also paying for the egg we didn’t want on our sandwiches.
Based on his repeated nasty attitude, we asked to speak to a manager. We then waited out front for the manager who was unfortunately not very helpful. He proceeded to tell us that “the attitude” was hard to believe as this employee is his “tamest.” This felt like we were being blamed for HIS employees bad attitude and mistakes. Additionally, if your tamest employee immediately cops an attitude when a mistake is brought to their attention, you should probably train your employees to have better customer service. He also didn’t seem to believe us when I told him the egg was just ripped off our sandwich and said “I’ll check the cameras.” Not once was an apology offered from ANY employee in this situation. It’s very clear from our conversation with the manager that this issue is not being taken seriously and the employees attitude will likely never change. Both my roommate and work as servers and if we approached every issue with the attitude we received from this employee, we would lose our jobs. We only choose this Tim Hortons because it’s closest to our house, but after the repeated attitude and issues with taking orders, we will be driving further for our breakfast every morning.

Really enjoyed my bagel sandwich and caramilk iced capp coffee it was amazing…..Moses is great with taking orders…great service !!! Would love to visit this location again as it is well maintained than other branches thats in toronto.

I think the food was not fresh as this shop does not have many customers.
Potato veggies was definitely not fresh.
I also ordered crispy chicken bacon wrap where the chicken was cooked prova alt 2 days ago.
I do not recommend this place for food.

my boyfriend and i are regulars here, last week we ordered two drinks, two sandwiches/wraps, and two hashbrowns. upon getting home after, we realized we didn’t have our hashbrowns with the order, i called the store immediately and spoke to the owner Ryan, who was very apologetic and understanding and offered to comp our next meals. i asked him “are you sure?” because it was just two hashbrowns and he was insistent. today, we finally remembered we had these meals and so we went to make our order, and the older woman who cashed us out didn’t believe us? even tho i had given him my name, and he had written everything down over the phone call. pretty unprofessional and disrespectful if you ask me.
