Recently purchased food. It was cold and tough and really unpleasant. I called to ask for a partial refund, and they said they would have a manager call me. Then it was a few days later before I called again. I explained the situation and requested a refund. They said they could not offer a refund and would have to go through skip ( this I do not believe) and skip said they would not process a refund because it had been more than 48 hours. So really unfortunate that this restaurant does not care when a customer has a bad experience.

Our host was bright and inviting.
It was just the two of us and we didn't order much. But what we did was delicious.
If anything was wrong it was that our roll was too large; one does not bite a portion of a piece, one must place it fully in the mouth and these were hard to do so 😂

I was visiting Peterborough and ordered Tora Sushi for take out. The vegan options were plentiful and everything I ate was great! Removed a star because as it was takeout, I expect utensils to be included. Since I was out of town I had to scrounge for something to eat with which made the experience difficult.

Officially my new fave place to eat. Stumbled upon Tora when I was downtown yesterday with my son. The server was amazing, portion sizes were massive and priced well below what we expected to pay. Highly recommend finishing your meal with the matcha shaved ice.
A great place downtown with a tonne of great options. I love their spicy miso ramen and it’s fantastic. Unfortunately, the only complaint I’d make is that there’s nothing spicy if you really enjoy spicy food. Please get some Thai chilies or something!

A really wonderful restaurant all around. I stopped in while passing through for business, and was thrilled with Tora. Fantastic sushi, ramen, tempura, everything was wonderfully done. The hostess was incredibly kind and attentive, I will be coming back the next time I'm this far south. Just a few minutes off the highway, it's worth the detour.
