The staff on the night shift is worse i have ever seen. Totally rude and disrespectful. They think that uber and skip drivers are their servents. They should atleast show some respect because its not only them who are working or doing their job.

When I buy a coffee I'd like it to be almost full instead of paying $1.88 for a cup that's 3/4 of the way full. Pretty ridiculous when all you have to do is pour liquid into a cup for a coffee order but they're in such a rush they can't fill your cup fully.

So I regularly hit this spot up at night for a quick fix to my hunger because it’s nearby and the food is half decent. Lately there’s been a tall slender guy rushing at the drive thru and I know drive thru times are important to QSRs but if you’re going to be lying about your drive thru times at least be accurate to the order. Last week he asked me to pull ahead to get fresh fries and forgot the condiments I asked for. That’s a forgivable offence. But tonight I ordered a chicken strip combo with a potato and burger on the side. A girl was initially working the window and was quite kind before this guy comes by and hands me the bag that was waiting for the strips. He rushed me out of the drive thru without putting the chicken strips in the bag to get a good time. I got home before going through the bag and found the item missing. So he must’ve gotten a really great time when I drove through 10 minutes later and quickly picked up the item with a quick sorry at the window from the girl. The guy was nowhere in sight to apologize for his mistake. At least offer to remake the fries or something so I can have a hot meal together. I’ve worked in fast food for 5+ years and worked a drive thru window for 3. I know this place can do better and I hope they do.

We had some takeout and the food was well done. We didn't have any issues. Tasted fresh and they listen to our modifications in the burgers.

This place is absolutely horrible. The food and store cleanliness are abysmal but the service is what really shocks me. Rude, disrespectful and just totally lacking in any social skills. They literally just open the drive through window and throw the food at you. I truly hope the head Wendy's office gets wind of this and makes the necessary changes to make this place viable again. Either way, I'm sure it will sort itself out. No one seems to go there anymore and I can see why.
