Ordered 2 orders of Mac and cheese bites, they only put 1 on the order. Charged us $16.99 for an order of chicken tenders that are supposed to be served with fries- no fries were packed at all. Even tipped for a take out service and that’s the service we received.

Ordered the Triple Wings. It says in the order that it includes celery and carrot sticks but these were not included in our order. Also asked for the classic (non breaded) due to dietary concerns but all wings were breaded. Hopefully this is a one off error and others have had a better experience.

PERFECT Meal.
This was the most food I was given for its price. The female server was Awesome even though she kept on switching jobs from Wild Wings to White House Hotel frequently. Helped me order the right item & it was delicious. I enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Poutine the most actually & then the dill dip to add to the Mexican Chipotle Wings. I'm grateful for the meal. Thank you! ?

Meh. If you like dog food, get kibbles n’bits. Staff rude too. Normally I don’t like being insulted and harassed when paying money to be served. Absolute garbage all around.

I will not be returning to this location. Its worth going to the other on Tower Hill. I recently ordered wings, and the got them incorrect as they put the sauce on the wings, and not on the side as I asked. I called and the lady who took the call was very nice, however, when I called the next day, the manager was INCREDIBLY rude saying.. well you got the wings, what's the problem. I got really upset as I did not need her tone and attitude, and asked her.. if you go to a restaurant and they bring your order, but its wrong.. but hey you technically got the wings, would you not ask for it to be done correctly?. She eventually agreed...but not before being the biggest possible cee u next tues possible. As stated, I will not be returning if that is the way that their staff handle getting the order incorrect. VERY DISAPOINTED as I visit this location a lot with my friends and my team after events and will never be back. The rude manager's name is Kabira.

LOVE THEM. I ordered on skip because I had my previous order on Uber stolen from my Uber driver. Wrote them a note about my last straw and I was given a cheesecake for the gravy they ran out of. 11/10 love them

Ordered take out about a month ago, everything was great. Ordered tonight and the wings had no sauce on them, and the boneless ones were over cooked. Stopped ordering from the Chemong store for this exact reason. Very disssppointing.

ribs were mediocre, with no sauce at all, also the fries i got were about the amount you'd get in a happy meal, caeser salad had a ridiculously large amount of dressing mixed
The wings were not fully doneI asked for a poutine substitute and she charged me for the poutine like it was a second meal when in fact fries came with meal. The waitress was completely unprofessional and she was also the cook.

No liquor license currently. Which is astonishing at a wing restaurant. Service slow. Took over 20min just to pay! Servers kept walking away so we couldnt pay for the second bill. We were the only people in the restaurant!

Decent food at decent prices, although they seem short staffed at times. The food is tasty. The location is perfect when you want to enjoy a meal before hitting a movie with friends. It's also a very convenient spot when shopping downtown during the lunch time hours or dinner hours. It's rarely full and you can hear your friends talking, which isn't always the case in many restaurants.
