It was busy when we arrived. Many people left shortly after we walked in, without having ordered. This should have been our sign to leave too. We were told to take whatever seat we wanted, most empty were dirty then no one brought us menus for at least 25 minutes. We finally got our drinks and it was over an hour for our food and we were not given utensils. We asked for them and there was zero sense of urgency to get them. The waitress stopped to take another order on her way to retrieve it and then we waited more while our food got cold. We did not bother waiting for our bill, we walked up to the counter & requested it while waiting right then to pay.
More tables left without eating than stayed.
It was awful for $90 for 4 ppl to eat a crappy mediocre breakfast.
My suggestion is get staff that move with purpose.

What i ate was not great. Not sure why the potatoes were called mashed. Doubting they were from real potatoes. Chicken was over cooked. Won't be returning

Absolutely horrible, food took 45 mins to come out, eggs were raw, waffle was burnt and I didn’t receive maple syrup until asked for it, got 5 huge chicken pieces with about ten fries, cups were dirty, table was sticky, there was one other table and our food took almost an hour. all three of the staff stared at us while we were sitting and talking it was very uncomfortable, we ended up leaving after receiving raw eggs Will never go back, this place should be shut down

Fantastic Big Wimpys Restaurant as far as nostalgic, but that's where it ends. Horrible service, food awful. I had to fetch my own ketchup and condiments. Salt and pepper shaker came in a parmasean/chili flake shaker!!! Salt and pepper came out in large volumes as you can imagine. It just seems like management could give two flips about quality if food and service!! Too bad really.

First time at this location and we were not disappointed. Our breakfasts were cooked to perfection. My bacon was not greasy and it was crisp. The home fries were not burnt. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very clean. They quickly accommodated my request for two tomato slices instead of two bread slices. Bonus: they allowed us to enter with our two Tim Hortons coffees.
I had an excellent dining experience at Wimpy’s Diner! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The burgers were juicy, the fries crispy, and the milkshakes thick and creamy. The portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade.

Went on Feb. 2nd/25, restaurant was very smoke filled and certainly did not have the exhaust hood functioning properly. 2 staff members, restaurant not busy but wasn't empty. Had a burger and fries and a chicken sandwich and fries. Fries you could count on both orders and the burger was terrible. Service was slow but the fellow was friendly. I've been here 3 times. Wont go back. 42$ spent left a 50. Staff was at least working. Fries are cheap put more than 17 fries on the plate. Get the burgers next door from M&Ms they are better quality than the ones you are selling.
