This breakfast spot has really gone downhill. It’s not clean anymore, the food quality has dropped, and it’s lost the charm it once had. It used to be a favorite, but with so many better options now, it’s hard to recommend.

9:30am Breakfast. Everything from the floors to the sugar dispenser was sticky...including tne silverware! Bathroom toilet clogged, and it looked like staff were living there. Ketchup and sugar at the tables had barely anything in them. The breakfast dishes looked and tasted nothing like what the menu showed; Hollandaise sauce was melted cheese, crispy chicken was soulvlaki chicken and strawberry sauce for the waffles were rotten sliced strawberries. It's sad to see staff that dont understand what they did wrong when you try to explain the incorrect substituted ingredients to them. A sign of really poor management.

No AC. If it was working, we didn’t feel it. The ice in our drinks melted quickly. When we arrived, we were the only customers there. Only 6 customers came in after us. Our food took long to arrive. My daughter ordered a crepe and it took about 10 minutes to arrive after all other plates had been brought. You only get a handful of fries. False description of a poutine - it was sliced white cheese (like Kraft cheese) with gravy instead of the described curds. Also the same low quality cheese on sandwiches when it was supposed to be swiss cheese. We were never checked on by the server. Our plates still had food when we decided to leave…and that rarely happens with my family.
For reference… -burger was okay -crispy chicken avocado sandwich-best part was the fresh tomato -cuban was smaller than before -crepe with Nutella, banana and strawberry was barely touched by my youngest…that says something
Instead of doing errands in town, we had to come home because we didn’t feel well after the meal. Never again.

Table and menus were dirty and sticky, servers seemed as if they knew nothing, water tasted funny as if from tap or dirty dispenser. Got over easy eggs and barley had any yolk, ordered turkey bacon and was informed after it was not fit to be served due to small portions.. No condiments were served with the food had to get our own syrup and ketchup. Banquet burger was the only thing done right (apart from getting the side wrong we ordered onion rings and got fries)

This is probably one of the most underrated Wimpy's. Their service has been on the low in the recent times but I have been going here for almost 10 years and I have to say that the team, the manager and everyone working have a really homely vibe to them.

Ordered the bacon and avocado eggs Benedict and it was horrible! So so soggy, bacon burnt and the avocado was puréed green mush, the hollandaise sauce was runny like soup poured all over and home fries were undercooked. The crepe was also soggy and supposed to come with strawberry and bananas but only came with bananas as they didn’t have any strawberry’s, but we weren’t informed until after. Both my partner and I napkins with our cutlery rolled in had orange sauce stain on them and his fork had what looked to be mustard on it, our cups were also dirty. Waste of money, very disappointing.

Service and food didn’t not worth the price at all. At the end when we were getting our bill, the cook himself wasn’t working in the kitchen and instead check out people’s bills.

Came here for lunch while waiting for my car in the shop. We were the only table in there for a while. Very awkward atmosphere no music playing except for some random person talking that came in the speaker for a minute or so. very quiet except for there very loud kitchen fans and the staff talking. Only 3 staff on shift and one girl cooking the food. No hairnets and bugs flying around the place. Food was okay. My boyfriend’s burger and fries were good however my home fries were barely warm and bacon and sausage were cooked to a complete crisp. My boyfriend went to the washroom and came back saying that it was absolutely disgusting. Smelt like piss, the urinal was out of order, sink was coming off the wall, no paper towel, and barely any hand soap. Staff were looking at us while we were eating and it made us feel very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t go back.

It was busy when we arrived. Many people left shortly after we walked in, without having ordered. This should have been our sign to leave too. We were told to take whatever seat we wanted, most empty were dirty then no one brought us menus for at least 25 minutes. We finally got our drinks and it was over an hour for our food and we were not given utensils. We asked for them and there was zero sense of urgency to get them. The waitress stopped to take another order on her way to retrieve it and then we waited more while our food got cold. We did not bother waiting for our bill, we walked up to the counter & requested it while waiting right then to pay.
More tables left without eating than stayed.
It was awful for $90 for 4 ppl to eat a crappy mediocre breakfast.
My suggestion is get staff that move with purpose.
