I have been to a few Wing Houses which all have good food. However, the quality of the chicken wings are the Peterborough location is a good deal worse than the other Wing houses I have been to. It’s not just 1 order I am talking about. Also, today the cooks gave us the wrong order even though the waitress wrote the order correctly. I get the feeling the kitchen is a bit of a mess.

The food is ok. They have good chicken wings. Their other chicken products are closer to being high school cafeteria food. The servers are mostly pleasant and courteous. The lack of communication tonight was a major problem for me. Today's visit was not good at all, quite frankly. Other visits were acceptable. It took over 40 minutes for our orders to come. We missed the beginning of the movie we had tickets for. Granted, this visit was on Valentine's Day. However, when we were seated, we were not told there was going to be a 40-minute wait just for the food to come. Had we known, we likely would have made a different decision about where we were eating. It was very frustrating because we had children with us, who were both hungry and anxious to see the movie. We wanted to cancel the order to try to catch the movie but ended up getting it right when we wanted to leave. Thankfully, the kids weren't too upset about missing the beginning of the movie. We've been here on other occasions as well. The wait, though not nearly as long as today, is still a bit long for the kind of food that's being brought out. There was also a courier there tonight trying to pick up an order someone had placed online, who was losing his temper and being rude with the staff because he didn't like the wait either. It was a bit of a scene.

If you're looking for wings in Peterborough, look no further. Great wings, especially the boneless, they're huge! The appetizers and wraps are all good too. I've been going here and ordering steady for over 2 years and I've never once been disappointed. Even on a skip the dishes order they've never missed anything. I had a crap day today and didn't want to cook so I made an order instead. They were nice enough to leave a note wishing me a better night with a few candies. That right there is great service and customer care/appreciation. That and the good food is why I'll never look to go elsewhere. Appreciate all of you, as always. Keep up the good work.

Clearly understaffed or just crazy incompetent. Won't be ordering from here again.

Kumar & Sydney made our Sunday lunch very enjoyable. A few months ago we placed an online order but it was cancelled because of no uber and they didn’t call us back, we waited well past the expected delivery time and then I called to find out what was up with our meals. Next day I spoke to Kumar and he apologized and said he would make it right. He did that yesterday. The in-house manager Sydney also was so friendly taking the time to chat with us and also going beyond in making it right. For us the wings were a good size, lots of fries, food was hot, beer was cold and my Caesar was great. Service was quick as was our order.
Highly recommend in our opinion and so many choices for wings. Also got burgers to go for the kids and they loved them.
