I had a really disappointing experience last night. I placed a mobile order at 9:39 PM and the store closes at 10. At 9:41 PM, I got a call saying they could not make my two pizzas. The app showed a 10 to 20 minute prep time, so there was more than enough time to complete the order. If the store closes at 10, customers should be able to place orders until 10. Otherwise, the posted hours are misleading.
The person who called was also rude, which made the situation worse. I order from Domino's often and have never experienced anything like this. It left a really sour taste in my mouth and was a terrible customer experience.
I hope this location takes feedback seriously, because this was extremely disappointing.

If I could give zero star I would, ordered pizza and garlic bread and it clearly fell in the delivery car because both where folded right in half.. company will only honour the pizza and not the garlic bread, yet both xlarge boxes clearly fell together!! ??♀️ $60 in the trash
