That said, the food quality is the standard McDonald’s experience—good enough for a quick bite. The restaurant itself is fairly clean and well-maintained, but there are fruit flies hanging around the ketchup area.
Overall, it’s an average experience. If they improved their speed it could easily bump up a star.

Waited 22 mins for them to forget my order I was polite to the young boy working and he forgot so be it
But when he gave me my food I asked the manager for my honey with my chicken nuggets and she said "ya no, you have to pay extra for that" i said my honey that comes with the meal?
No I just waited 22 mins for you to forget about me and you won't give me my honey ?
She said ya bye
She lucky my kids were hungry coming from hockey cause she is one rude manager
Clearly this mcdonald is crap the owner should be ashamed
I work in costumer service and I have never seen such lack of it and rudness.

We ate our meal inside. Service was basically non existent. There were many employees working in the kitchen area, but no one was at the front counter. The seating area was not clean. Tables had not been cleaned, and we had to search for a table that was usable. The washrooms were filthy !! We will not stop here again.

Bought mac sauce, and it was at least 3 days old and clearly un-refrigerated. I had to wait 13 minutes to get it replaced. No good.
This one is actually worse than the one in Chatham!
Super convenient location, tho, too bad. Everything else about it is absolute trash.

I don't understand why this particular McDonald's, of all the McDonald's across Ontario, is so consistently terrible. Let me try and think of all the problems I've experienced; cold food thats supposed to be hot, wrong orders, poor quality food, warm drinks that are supposed to be cold, no ice in drinks, wrong tea/coffee, extremely EXTREMELY long wait times, both inside and in the drive through. Cars parked five deep around the side of the building waiting for orders. My last visit i ordered a coffee frappe and received a cup of ice with the coffee dairy base syrup whatever it is poured over top. How is that even possible? When it first opened and was terrible it was surprising, since McDonald's is known for its brand consistency, but it was new so whatever. But it's been years, its ridiculous. I don't blame the staff at all, if every worker is performing thier job poorly, the fault lies in the franchise owner. I hope corporate takes action to bring this place up to regular McDonald's standards, because the location is very convenient.
