We wanted to have dinner before an event, and decided to try this place based on our love of Indian food and previous reviews. The initial impression was very strange, we walked in the dining door, down some stairs and there were several tables but no one in sight. I remembered a sign on the doorbell to ring for service, so we went back outside, rang and waited. A waiter showed up, seated us, and left us alone again lol. We ordered, and turned out the waiter showed up just on time every time we needed him. I would have given this place a bad review, but the food was so good! Outstanding, I had the butter chicken, and they made it extra spicy, and my wife wasn't sure what she wanted and they suggested the Lamb curry, which she had never tried before. We were both super happy, nice large portions, hot and delicious. So I would recommend take out, or just take the strange dine in set up with a grain of salt.

I recently had a bad experience at Sitara’s due to staffing issues BUT would like to say that they made everything right. They went well above my level of expectation and supplied superior service. They have restored my faith in customer service.

Poor management, placed order well in advance for pickup for my lunch break but when reached there it was only 1 employee working lunch rush, cooking packing and taking orders. After waiting for 10 minutes in the restaurant when i asked how much more time, he said 30-40 minutes more, feel sorry for the employee working alone.

Very friendly waitress and owner who strived to make us happy. A group of 8 were all very satisfied. Don't forget that you can order food that is not overly spicy if you prefer. I enjoyed the butter chicken and my wife enjoyed a lamb dish. Looking forward to my next visit .

The food is always outstanding! The service is more so. Whether it is for breakfast on the weekends or dinner, it is one of my favorite go to’s and I’m constantly sending folks there, whether in real life, or on facebook.
The food, Oh my god the food is so good! Best in town by far! If I could move in and just eat all day, I’d die a happy girl!
