Normally this Tim Hortons is okay but there was a bite out of one of the timbits. The lady on the phone said sour cream glaze can look like they have a bit mark but there is a bite out of it. To her defence she did offer me a new box but that’s disgusting.

One time, I placed a mobile order, and two female staff members created a scene, even though I had the order name and number as a photo on my phone. They made me very anxious because I thought I might have made a mistake with my order. Despite being polite and not raising my voice, one of the women kept giving me a scowl. Thankfully, the manager on duty was able to help me sort everything out. However, ever since that incident, I’ve been avoiding Tim Hortons.

Atmosphere is getting 3 stars as I've used their drive thru which leads out to the main rd making the drive thru backed up on the busier days when traffic or events are happening in the town. Otherwise service was friendly.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming — they greet you with a smile and genuinely seem happy to be there. The service is impressively fast, even during busy hours, and everything is always fresh and exactly how I ordered it. Order 2 Vanilla Cream Cold Brew but got served iced coffee instead, very upsetting. Just look at them, they don't even match with each other.
Was working nights at a nearby factory and was hungry for some food, so I walked over for some food and was denied service because I didn't have a car
Pretty consistent but they need to add DECAF iced coffee to their menu!!!
