I had a really disappointing experience here. The food was bland and didn’t taste fresh, and the portions were smaller than expected for the price. Service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested when we asked for help. The place also wasn’t very clean, which made the experience worse. Overall, not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming — they seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything. The waiting time was far too long, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy, which was frustrating. When the food finally arrived, it did not match the high prices at all. The dishes were overpriced for the quality and portion size. Overall, poor service, long waits, and expensive food made this a place I would not recommend.

The food was extremely disappointing. The dishes lacked flavor, the portions were small for the price, and some items were not served at the proper temperature. For a place that calls itself “Premium Grill,” the quality simply did not match the name.
The service was just as bad. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. We had to wait a long time to place our order, and it took even longer for the food to arrive. When we tried to ask questions, the responses were short and unhelpful. It felt like customer service was not a priority at all.
The overall atmosphere was also uncomfortable. The tables were not properly cleaned, and the environment did not feel welcoming or well-managed.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my visit, and I do not plan on returning.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I stopped coming here years ago — I believe the last time was around 2018. Today, while passing by, I decided to give them another try in good faith.
My husband, my son, and I went in while we were fasting. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
After being seated, no one attended to us because the staff seemed focused on serving others. We had to call a server over just to place our order. Considering we were fasting, it was especially disheartening that no one even offered us dates to break our fast. I noticed that other tables had dates, and thankfully I had brought my own.
The service was extremely slow, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. To make matters worse, we were automatically charged a 15% service fee — for two adults and one child — despite the lack of service. I have no issue paying a service charge when the service is top-notch, but in this case, there was hardly any service at all.
Sadly, this experience confirmed why I stopped coming years ago. I won’t be returning or giving it another chance.

Visited after a long time. Food was good. Same taste.
$60 for an app and two mains isn’t unreasonable today, however this food was so below average. No flavours, I ended up seasoning it at home myself. First and last time here. My wife and I didn’t even finish it, went somewhere else.

This restaurant used to be good, it’s gone downhill recently. Went for my son’s birthday dinner, ordered kids menu wings and fries. The wings tasted so disgusting. They tasted atleast a day old and reheated. My child could’ve gotten food poisoning had I not tasted them myself. I got lemon herb chicken and it was a small chicken breast piece sliced in half and SO dry. My daughter got steak which was room temperature when served and rubbery. Wont be returning to this restaurant anymore, used to be a favourite but there are lots of other good choices now.

Im a fan of the steak, chicken and pasta. I like the steak better than Hells kitchen in Dubai Blue water islands. My honest opinion yes they might have some hiccups with waiters not keeping up with people but that can be worked on. I highly recommend this place to anyone

I have been coming here for many years. The food is decent, but the overall experience has not been good and it is getting worse. Affys now adds a 15% gratuity automatically for even one or two people, and it is mentioned only in very small print on the menu. That feels unfair.
I also ordered take out and they added the gratuity to the entire bill which didn’t make sense. A tip is supposed to reward good service. It should not be something the restaurant forces on every customer no matter what.
The service on my visit did not come close to earning that automatic charge. Not to mention that in December, with freezing cold temperatures outside, there were flies inside the restaurant. It left a bad taste and makes me question whether I want to come back. I hope management pays attention, because this policy is pushing loyal customers away, if they have not already left because of the bad service.

I ordered chicken wings from this place and when i took a bite of one of the chicken it taste rotten. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or acknowledgment of what happened; they only offered a partial refund, which I declined because the real problem was the lack of accountability. Very disappointing experience. Be careful when ordering from them.

Completely dissatisfied with my service here tonight. Entered with a party of six, the restaurant was NOT busy what’s so ever.
Waiter avoided our tables, had to remind them for the following:
- refilling our water
- bringing enough napkins
- splitting the bill correctly over three times
- cleaning up dishes while still eating
Some more unfortunate events:
- friends given different sized portion meals besides paying the same amount
- forgetting sides to our dish
- completely cooking the steak incorrectly. View photo attached - this is medium?
To continue:
- waiters giving attitude/sas when asked to perform simple tasks such as reminding them about forgotten food
- waiters switched 3x to avoid confrontation
- obvious anger when asked to provide a discount to compensate for terrible service and forgetting out food
Working in cx service and food myself for over 5 years - this was terrible. Shame on you. My friends and I were respectful, and accommodating but there was obvious lack of empathy from this place.
