5% “service charge” is added automatically for takeout orders. I understand the 15% automatic tip for dine in but where have you ever seen takeout have a mandatory tip attached to it?

For a dine in place, it’s okay. Worst part is they charge a 15% mandatory tip/service fee. We were a group of 2 adults 2 kids.
Tip for what? Water never filled, no interaction, dirty washrooms, no paper towel in washroom. There is a baseline tip of 10% for good service and 15% is reserved for exceptional service.
A 15% service fee/tip from them to bring the food from the kitchen to your table.

We ordered 3 kids meal alongside other adult meals. The waiter did not bring us the cookies and the drink with the kids meal. We shouldn't be reminding them to do their job properly and to remember to bring all the items that were ordered.

Went to Affys Pickering after almost 10 years and it felt like I have returned to a time capsule, the ambiance and furniture seemed like it hasnt been renovated. The staff was rude when taking orders. What a disappointment!

Came to this location for the first time, and service was extremely slow. First of all no one was there to welcome us in, finally some one came and gave us a table. We ordered steak & pasta. Food was really bad we couldn’t even finish it. They served warm water… do yourself a favour and don’t bother at this location. It was terrible experience!

Dined in with family no disclaimer the restaurant themselves added a 15% service fees. It wasn't even a large group only 5 people. Considering that their prices are already pretty high not going to go again. Servers should inform customers ahead that their is a 15% service fees.
