The new management seems to be trying to cut corners as our server was also bartending, which in turn left us waiting over 15 minutes for my son to get his drink. Will not be returning to the Pickering location. Also, the restaurant was not busy at all!! Do better management, do better!!

Do not go to this location. Whomever took over management has no clue. I've spent many a bucks, and let certain things go BUT in 7 days they cannot have a basic domestic beer. Time to go to Sabina's where at least you get a beer YOU WANT and better food. The best staff was let go. Get rid of this so call new manager, does not have a clue what he is doing. And my cash is gone from this location. I am just shocked. Best bet close it down. It's done, don't waste your cash.

Walked in on Monday around 3pm, there wasn't anyone there to greet or seat us. There was someone sitting in the front entrance on a computer/on a call, and a customer or two but even when we called out and went towards the back there was no one. Left without seeing anyone. Don't plan on going back.

I had a splendid time at All-Star Wings . Our basketball league the East Toronto Basketball league held our championship party there , they accommodated us pleasantly, the staff , one was named Summer was friendly and helpful when making decisions on food and beverages. The Store Manager Shanx made sure we were taken care of and made the dining experience pleasant

Had a pleasure of celebrating East Toronto Basketball Championship Party at this location last night! Had an amazing time with an amazing staff at All Stars. Our group was greeted professionally and efficiently by the leadership of Shanks. He ensured all of our food was out and fresh in a timely manner. As well, the waitress did a great job serving the group of 40!The wings (God of Thunder) is usually my go to, but decided to change it up this time with the recommendation from Shanks. I'm glad I listened because it was amazing!We had a great time, See you again next season.

Update: this review was posted by me on the page of the Pickering location, not Vaughan.Went with a team for lunch during my kids hockey tournament. We had booked ahead. The restaurant was generally empty, with 1 or two other small tables taken . Bria was our server and promptly took orders. It then took 90 minutes after ordering for food to start coming out, and when it did was only part orders and in the wrong order. Appetizers came after mains, and a single order of fries came out at the very end. Bria maintained her composure, despite the kitchen being in complete disarray, and obviously inept. No managers were available for us to talk to, and none would answer Bria’s phone calls, so it’s pretty clear where the ineptitude stems from. All the reviews of this location are in long form written comments and complaints, so clearly this restaurant has major operational issues. In the end, I got my chicken wings, while my side Greek-ish salad (lettuce, tomato, and feta with dressing) came 30 minutes later. Take a pass on this place, lots of other options in the area.

Terrible experience!My friends and I came to this location on Jan 8th evening. The Associate named Laura showed a zero customer obsession. She was very rude and unprofessional! Place is unhygienic . Never ever go there!!! HORRIBLEMy experience:1. The Associate named LAURA was not professional.2. she doesn’t know the menu well and was making fun of us when I asked for a drink.3. The water provided was in a dirty jar.4. The ice was just served in a normal jar and we didn’t get atleast a spoon to serve it.5. The place was filled with flies!!!!6. Very unhygienic7. They only opened 1 washroom and it was the dirtiest in GTA!!8. No customer obsession nothing!!!9. Laura the associate treated us as if I came there to drink for free! Very rudeWe just had to leave from there because it was pathetic! However we went to their Scarborough location and it was super cool. This lady should get training from the associates in the other location.Please keep the premises neat. People come there to have some good time.Un hygienic place with a terrible Associate!!!!
