This place used to be good before. Whenever I visited, I used to get a good service in a proficient manner. Yesterday, I went there and wanted to place an order but I was only able to see one worker present. This makes me wonder if the staff here is overworked or not. Is this place short staffed? Why this poor management?

Kitchen staff saw me several times and refused to come take my order even after I engaged in a conversation (I waited around 7-8minutes). About 6-8 months ago this place was amazing but recently has been going down hill, I’m not sure if it’s new management or what but the food they do serve good food, everything else on the other hand could be done better by teenagers in recent months.

Cheesy steak burgers were great, as was the loaded poutine. However Zetsy chicken burger was way spicy.

Zesty fried chicken sandwich is great but the poutine is near inedible since they use shredded mozzarella instead of cheese curds, this is not even poutine! It's slimy. Please look into using actual cheese curd. For the prices you charge its really disappointing.

The cheeseburger was really good, I will for sure get it again!!!! Delicious, and I really like the house sauce! The burger is a good size too! My only constructive criticism is that the sides were on the small side, I was surprised by the below average portion. It seemed more like a child sized portion.

No doubt the burgers are amazing but lately this location has been lacking customer service. The girl at the till doesn’t know how to greet/acknowledge customers. Please ensure to teach your employee on greeting customer and not having a mad attitude. Nonetheless the burgers are always good but owner needs to make sure his business name is not tarnished by hiring employees with 0 customer service experience.

Very slow service, inattentive staff, no professionalism, no appropriate sytem of giving food to right customer especially when reciepts are not given and order number is not assigned. food sat at counter and was not hot when given to me.

Was craving a cheesesteak and thought to give them a try. It tasted alright but nothing impressive... The price point was way off. $22 for a combo and the actual sandwich was small and not very meaty. Will try elsewhere for a better cheesesteak
