I had a great experience at BBoyz, and a big part of that was thanks to Prakriti Neupane at the cashier counter. She was extremely polite, welcoming, and efficient with her service. Her friendly smile and calm attitude made the entire visit smooth and pleasant. It's rare to find someone who handles both speed and hospitality so well. Prakriti is definitely one of the reasons I’d love to come back to BBoyz again. Amazing service

Came by around 1pm today with my dad, and our car broke down right in front of the restaurant. While waiting for the tow truck, we decided to order some burgers, and wow, the food was incredible! What made the experience even more memorable, though, was the amazing customer service. A young man with a goatee (sadly, I forgot his name) noticed we had been sitting for a while and kindly asked what was going on. When we explained the situation, he immediately offered us drinks, water, and even more food while we waited in the heat. It was such a thoughtful gesture, especially since he wasn’t obligated to do any of that. We truly appreciate the kindness and generosity. Thank you to that young man, you made a stressful situation so much better. I’ll definitely be back soon, and next time, I’ll make sure to get your name 🙏🏽
